Description
Claims (20)
- コンピュータ制御された装置を用いる2つの構造物を含む複合物体の成形加工方法であって、
前記装置は、上面を規定する実質的に液体の硬化性の第1の材料を収容するレザバーと、前記第1の材料を固化させるように動作する活性化ヘッドと、第2の材料の供給源と連絡し前記第2の材料を押し出すように動作する堆積ヘッドと、を含み、前記活性化ヘッド及び前記堆積ヘッドは、前記レザバーに対して相対的に移動可能であり且つ互いに独立して選択的に操作可能であり、前記方法は、
前記複合物体の形状に関するコンピュータ命令を前記装置により受信するステップと、
前記第2の材料のビードを特定の位置に押し出すために前記堆積ヘッドを移動させ且つ選択的に操作するステップであって、これにより、堆積された前記第2の材料のビードが互いに合体して前記複合物体の形状の第1の部分に対応する第1の構造物を形成するステップと、
前記レザバーに収容される前記第1の材料のビードを特定の位置で固化させるために前記活性化ヘッドを前記レザバーに対して相対的に移動させ且つ前記活性化ヘッドを選択的に操作するステップであって、これにより、固化された前記第1の材料のビードが互いに合体して前記複合物体の形状の第2の部分に対応する第2の構造物を形成するステップと、を含み、
これにより、前記第1の構造物及び第2の構造物が前記複合物体を形成するように前記第1の構造物及び前記第2の構造物が漸進的に成形加工される、複合物体の成形加工方法。 - 前記装置が、前記複合物体を支持するためのプラットフォームをさらに含み、前記プラットフォームは、前記レザバーに対して相対的に移動可能であり、
前記堆積ヘッドを移動させ且つ選択的に操作するステップ及び前記活性化ヘッドを移動させ且つ選択的に操作するステップのうちの少なくとも一方が、前記それぞれの材料ビードの少なくとも1つを前記プラットフォームに接して成形加工することをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の複合物体の成形加工方法。 - 前記レザバーに対して相対的に前記プラットフォームを移動させ、それによって前記プラットフォームの上に支持される前記少なくとも1つのそれぞれの材料ビードを移動させるさらなるステップを含む、請求項2に記載の複合物体の成形加工方法。
- 前記活性化ヘッドを移動させ且つ選択的に操作するステップが、前記上面の前記第1の材料のビードの少なくとも1つを固化させることをさらに含む、請求項2又は3に記載の複合物体の成形加工方法。
- 前記方法が、前記第1の材料から外側に且つ前記上面より上に前記プラットフォームを移動させるさらなる初期ステップを含み、
前記堆積ヘッドを移動させ且つ選択的に操作するステップが、前記プラットフォームが前記上面より上に配置されたときに前記プラットフォーム上に前記第2の材料のビードの少なくとも1つを堆積させることをさらに含む、請求項4に記載の複合物体の成形加工方法。 - 前記プラットフォームを移動させて、少なくとも前記第2の材料のビードを前記第1の材料内に少なくとも部分的に沈めることをさらに含む、請求項5に記載の複合物体の成形加工方法。
- 前記活性化ヘッドを移動させ且つ選択的に操作した後に、前記上面に対して相対的に前記第1の材料のビード及び前記第2の材料のビードを位置決めするために前記プラットフォームを移動させるさらなるステップを含む、請求項6に記載の複合物体の成形加工方法。
- 前記堆積ヘッドを移動させ且つ選択的に操作するステップ及び前記活性化ヘッドを移動させ且つ選択的に操作するステップを繰り返して、前記第1及び第2の構造物を漸進的に成形加工する、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の複合物体の成形加工方法。
- 前記堆積ヘッドを移動させ且つ選択的に操作するステップ及び前記活性化ヘッドを移動させ且つ選択的に操作するステップを同時に実行して、前記第1及び第2の構造物を漸進的に成形加工する、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の複合物体の成形加工方法。
- 前記堆積ヘッドを移動させ且つ選択的に操作するステップ、前記活性化ヘッドを移動させ且つ選択的に操作するステップ、及び、前記プラットフォームを移動させるステップのうちの少なくとも2つが同時に実行される、請求項2に記載の複合物体の成形加工方法。
- 前記プラットフォームが少なくとも1つの軸の周りを回転可能であり、
前記プラットフォームを移動させるステップが、前記プラットフォームを回転させることをさらに含む、請求項2に記載の複合物体の成形加工方法。 - 複合物体を成形加工するためのコンピュータ制御された装置であって、
上面を規定する実質的に液体の硬化性の第1の材料を使用時に収容するように構成されたレザバーと、
前記レザバーに収容される前記第1の材料を固化させるように動作可能であり、前記レザバーに対して相対的に移動可能である活性化ヘッドと、
第2の材料の供給源と連絡し且つ前記第2の材料をそこから押し出すように適合され、レザバーに対して相対的に移動可能である堆積ヘッドと、
前記複合物体の形状に関するコンピュータ命令に応答して前記活性化ヘッド及び前記堆積ヘッドを移動させ且つ操作するように構成された制御装置と、を備え、
前記制御装置は、前記第2の材料のビードを前記複合物体の形状の第1の部分に対応する特定の位置に押し出すために前記堆積ヘッドを移動させ且つ選択的に操作するように動作可能であり、前記第2の材料のビードは互いに合体して第1の構造物を形成し、
前記制御装置は、前記レザバーに収容される前記第1の材料のビードを前記複合物体の形状の第2の部分に対応する特定の位置で固化させるために前記活性化ヘッドを移動させ且つ選択的に操作するように動作可能であり、前記第1の材料のビードは互いに合体して第2の構造物を形成し、
前記制御装置は、前記第1の構造物及び前記第2の構造物が前記複合物体を形成するように、前記堆積ヘッド及び前記活性化ヘッドを操作して前記第1の構造物及び前記第2の構造物を漸進的に成形加工するように動作可能である、コンピュータ制御された装置。 - 前記装置が、前記複合物体を支持するためのプラットフォームをさらに含み、
前記プラットフォームは、前記レザバーに対して相対的に移動可能である、請求項12に記載のコンピュータ制御された装置。 - 前記制御装置が、前記コンピュータ命令に応答して、前記活性化ヘッド、前記堆積ヘッド及び前記上面のうちの1つ以上に対して相対的に前記プラットフォームを移動させるように動作可能である、請求項13に記載のコンピュータ制御された装置。
- 前記プラットフォームが、少なくとも1つの軸の周りを回転可能であり、
前記制御装置が、前記コンピュータ命令に応答して前記プラットフォームを回転させるように動作可能である、請求項13に記載のコンピュータ制御された装置。 - 前記装置が、ガス供給源と連絡している噴霧ノズルをさらに含み、
前記制御装置が、前記コンピュータ命令に応答して、前記ガスを吐出するために前記噴霧ノズルを選択的に操作するように動作可能である、請求項12に記載のコンピュータ制御された装置。 - 前記装置が、真空供給源と連絡している吸引ノズルをさらに含み、
前記制御装置が、前記レザバー、前記第1の構造物及び前記第2の構造物のうちの1つ以上から前記第1の材料を除去するために前記吸引ノズルを選択的に操作するように動作可能である、請求項12に記載のコンピュータ制御された装置。 - 前記活性化ヘッドが、活性化ノズルの列をさらに含み、前記列は、少なくとも1つの軸の周りを回転可能であり、
前記制御装置が、前記コンピュータ命令に応答して各ノズルを選択的に操作し且つ前記列を回転させるように動作可能である、請求項12に記載のコンピュータ制御された装置。 - 前記装置が、前記プラットフォームに釈放可能に接続するように適合された固定用プレートをさらに含み、前記固定用プレートは、前記複合物体を係合させるための少なくとも1つの係合部を有する、請求項13に記載のコンピュータ制御された装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの係合部が、ねじ切りされた取付具を含む、請求項19に記載のコンピュータ制御された装置。
