Claims (22)
- コンピュータ制御された装置を用いる複合物体の成形加工方法であって、前記装置は、実質的に液体の硬化性の第1の材料を含有するレザバーと、前記第1の材料を固化させるための活性化ヘッドと、第2の材料の供給源と連絡している堆積ヘッドと、を含み、前記活性化ヘッド及び堆積ヘッドは、前記レザバーに対して相対的に移動可能であり、前記方法は、
前記複合物体の形状に関するコンピュータ命令を前記装置により受信するステップと、
前記複合物体の形状に対応する複数の特定の位置で前記第2の材料の複数の部分を堆積させるために前記堆積ヘッドを移動させ且つ選択的に操作するステップと、
前記複合物体の形状に対応する複数の特定の位置で前記第1の材料の複数の部分を固化させるために前記活性化ヘッドを移動させ且つ選択的に操作するステップと、を含み、
前記第1の材料の前記固化部分及び前記第2の材料の前記堆積部分が前記複合物体を形成する、複合物体の成形加工方法。 - 前記装置が、前記第1の材料の前記固化部分及び前記第2の材料の前記堆積部分を支持するためのプラットフォームをさらに含み、前記プラットフォームは、前記レザバーに対して相対的に移動可能であり、
前記堆積ヘッドを移動させ且つ選択的に操作するステップ及び前記活性化ヘッドを移動させ且つ選択的に操作するステップのうちの少なくとも一方が、前記プラットフォームに当接するように前記第1の材料又は前記第2の材料を成形加工することをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の複合物体の成形加工方法。 - 前記レザバーに対して相対的に前記プラットフォームを移動させ、それによってその上に支持される前記第1の材料の固化部分及び第2の材料の堆積部分を移動させるさらなるステップを含む、請求項2に記載の複合物体の成形加工方法。
- 前記第1の材料が上面を構成し、
前記活性化ヘッドを移動させ且つ選択的に操作するステップが、前記上面の前記第1の材料の複数の部分を固化させることをさらに含む、請求項2又は3に記載の複合物体の成形加工方法。 - 前記方法が、前記上面より上に前記プラットフォームを移動させるさらなる初期ステップを含み、
前記堆積ヘッドを移動させ且つ選択的に操作するステップが、前記プラットフォームに少なくとも部分的に当接するように前記第2の材料の前記複数の部分を堆積させることをさらに含む、請求項4に記載の複合物体の成形加工方法。 - 前記堆積ヘッドを移動させ且つ選択的に操作した後に、前記上面に対して相対的に前記第2の材料の前記堆積部分を位置決めするために前記プラットフォームを移動させるさらなるステップを含む、請求項5に記載の複合物体の成形加工方法。
- 前記活性化ヘッドを移動させ且つ選択的に操作した後に、前記上面に対して相対的に前記第1の材料の前記固化部分及び前記第2の材料の前記堆積部分を位置決めするために前記プラットフォームを移動させるさらなるステップを含む、請求項6に記載の複合物体の成形加工方法。
- 前記堆積ヘッドを移動させ且つ選択的に操作するステップ及び前記活性化ヘッドを移動させ且つ選択的に操作するステップが繰り返される、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の複合物体の成形加工方法。
- 前記堆積ヘッドを移動させ且つ選択的に操作するステップ及び前記活性化ヘッドを移動させ且つ選択的に操作するステップが同時に実行される、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の複合物体の成形加工方法。
- 前記堆積ヘッドを移動させ且つ選択的に操作するステップ、前記活性化ヘッドを移動させ且つ選択的に操作するステップ、及び前記プラットフォームを移動させるステップのうちの少なくとも2つが同時に実行される、請求項3に記載の複合物体の成形加工方法。
- 前記プラットフォームが少なくとも1つの軸の周りを回転可能であり、
前記プラットフォームを移動させるステップが、前記プラットフォームを回転させることをさらに含む、請求項3に記載の複合物体の成形加工方法。 - 上面を構成する実質的に液体の硬化性の第1の材料を含有するレザバーと、
前記レザバーに対して相対的に移動可能である、前記第1の材料を固化させるための活性化ヘッドと、
前記レザバーに対して相対的に移動可能である、第2の材料の供給源と連絡している堆積ヘッドと、
複合物体の形状に関するコンピュータ命令に応答して前記活性化ヘッド及び前記堆積ヘッドを移動させ且つ操作するように構成された制御装置と、を含み、
複合物体を成形加工するためのコンピュータ制御された装置であって、
前記制御装置は、前記物体の形状に対応する複数の特定の位置で前記第1の材料の複数の部分を固化させるために前記活性化ヘッドを移動させ且つ選択的に操作し、且つ前記物体の形状に対応する複数の特定の位置で前記第2の材料の複数の部分を堆積させるために前記堆積ヘッドを移動させ且つ選択的に操作する、コンピュータ制御された装置。 - 前記装置が、前記第1の材料の固化部分及び前記第2の材料の堆積部分を支持するためのプラットフォームをさらに含み、
前記プラットフォームは、前記レザバーに対して相対的に移動可能である、請求項12に記載のコンピュータ制御された装置。 - 前記制御装置が、前記プラットフォームを移動させるように構成され、且つ前記コンピュータ命令に応答して前記活性化ヘッド、前記堆積ヘッド及び前記上面のうちの1つ以上に対して相対的に前記プラットフォームを移動させる、請求項13に記載のコンピュータ制御された装置。
- 前記プラットフォームが、少なくとも1つの軸の周りを回転可能であり、
前記制御装置が、前記コンピュータ命令に応答して前記プラットフォームを回転させるように構成されている、請求項13に記載のコンピュータ制御された装置。 - 前記装置が、ガス供給源と連絡している噴霧ノズルをさらに含み、
前記制御装置が、前記コンピュータ命令に応答して、前記ガスを吐出するために前記噴霧ノズルを選択的に操作するように構成されている、請求項15に記載のコンピュータ制御された装置。 - 前記第2の材料が1巻きの繊維であり、
前記堆積ヘッドが、前記繊維を導入するように適合されており、
前記制御装置が、前記繊維を導入するために前記堆積ヘッドを選択的に操作するように構成されている、請求項12に記載のコンピュータ制御された装置。 - 前記堆積ヘッドが、前記1巻きの繊維を複数の断片に切断し且つ前記断片をそこから噴霧するように適合されている、請求項17に記載のコンピュータ制御された装置。
- 前記装置が、真空源と連絡している吸引ノズルをさらに含み、
前記制御装置が、前記レザバー及び前記複合物体のうちの1つ以上から第1の材料を除去するために前記吸引ノズルを選択的に操作するように構成されている、請求項12に記載のコンピュータ制御された装置。 - 前記活性化ヘッドが、活性化ノズルの列をさらに含み、前記列は、少なくとも1つの軸の周りを回転可能であり、
前記制御装置が、前記コンピュータ命令に応答して各ノズルを選択的に操作し且つ前記列を回転させるように構成されている、請求項12に記載のコンピュータ制御された装置。 - 前記装置が、前記プラットフォームに釈放可能に接続するように適合された固定用プレートをさらに含み、
前記固定用プレートは、前記複合物体と係合するための少なくとも1つの係合部を有する、請求項13に記載のコンピュータ制御された装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つの係合部が、ねじ切りされた取付具を含む、請求項21に記載のコンピュータ制御された装置。
