Claims (28)

1. Полимерная композиция, полученная способом, включающим:
(a) создание первой реакционной композиции, содержащей: (i) инициатор полимеризации, который способен при первой активации образовывать две или более свободнорадикальные группы, по меньшей мере одна из которых дополнительно активируется при последующей активации; (ii) одно или более этиленненасыщенных соединений; и (iii) сшивающий агент;
(b) подвергание первой реакционной композиции первой стадии активации, причем первая реакционная композиция полимеризуется на ней с образованием сшитой сетки субстрата, содержащей ковалентно связанный активируемый инициатор свободнорадикальной реакции;
(с) объединение сшитой сетки субстрата со второй реакционной композицией, содержащей одно или более этиленненасыщенных соединений; и
(d) активацию ковалентно связанного активируемого инициатора свободнорадикальной реакции сшитой сетки субстрата таким образом, что этом вторая реакционная композиция полимеризуется на ней с сшитой сеткой субстрата с образованием привитой полимерной сетки и побочного полимера.
2. Полимерная композиция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что стадию (d) проводят в присутствии сшивающего агента таким образом, что побочный полимер ковалентно связан с привитой полимерной сеткой.
3. Полимерная композиция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что стадию (d) проводят при практически полном отсутствии сшивающего агента таким образом, что по меньшей мере часть побочного полимера не связана ковалентно с привитой полимерной сеткой.

Полимерная композиция по любому из пп. 1-3, отличающаяся тем, что одно или более этиленненасыщенных соединений со стадии (а) содержат одну или более реакционноспособных групп, независимо выбранных из: (мет)акрилата, (мет)акриламида, стирила, винила, N-виниллактама, N-виниламида, O-винилового эфира, O-винилкарбоната, O-винилкарбамата, C2-12 алкенила, C2-12 алкенилфенила, C2-12 алкенилнафтила и C2-6 алкенилфенил-C1-6 алкила.
5. Полимерная композиция по любому из пп. 1-4, отличающаяся тем, что одно или более этиленненасыщенных соединений со стадии (с) содержат одну или более реакционноспособных групп, независимо выбранных из: (мет)акрилата, (мет)акриламида, стирила, винила, N-виниллактама, N-виниламида, O-винилового эфира, O-винилкарбоната, O-винилкарбамата, C2-12 алкенила, C2-12 алкенилфенила, C2-12 алкенилнафтила и C2-6 алкенилфенил-C1-6 алкила.

Полимерная композиция по любому из пп. 1-5, отличающаяся тем, что инициатор полимеризации представляет собой бисацилфосфиноксид, бисацилфосфаноксид, диазосоединение, дипероксидное соединение, азо-бис(моноацилфосфиноксид), азо-бис(моноацилфосфаноксид), перокси-бис(моноацилфосфиноксид), перокси-бис(моноацилфосфаноксид), азо-бис(альфа-гидроксикетон), перокси-бис(альфа-гидроксикетон), азо-бис(1,2-дикетон), перокси-бис(1,2-дикетон), соединение на основе германия, трет-бутил-7-метил-7-(трет-бутилазо)пероксиоктаноат или их комбинации.
7. Полимерная композиция по любому из пп. 1-6, отличающаяся тем, что инициатор полимеризации представляет собой бисацилфосфиноксид или бис(ацил)фосфаноксид.
8. Полимерная композиция по любому из пп. 1-7, отличающаяся тем, что находится в форме гидрогеля и при том, что первая реакционная композиция содержит кремнийорганические реакционноспособные компоненты и вторая реакционная композиция содержит гидрофильные реакционноспособные компоненты.
9. Полимерная композиция по любому из пп. 1-7, отличающаяся тем, что находится в форме гидрогеля и при том, что первая реакционная композиция содержит гидрофильные реакционноспособные компоненты и вторая реакционная композиция содержит кремнийорганические реакционноспособные компоненты.
10. Полимерная композиция по любому из пп. 1-9, отличающаяся тем, что первая реакционная композиция дополнительно содержит одно или более из полиамида, поглотителя УФ в видимой области света, красителя, окрашивающего средства, пигмента, противомикробного средства, фармацевтического средства и нутрицевтического средства.
11. Полимерная композиция по любому из пп. 1-10, отличающаяся тем, что вторая реакционная композиция дополнительно содержит одно или более из полиамида, поглотителя УФ в видимой области света, красителя, окрашивающего средства, пигмента, противомикробного средства, фармацевтического средства и нутрицевтического средства.
12. Медицинское изделие, содержащее полимерную композицию по любому из пп. 1-11.
13. Офтальмологическое изделие, содержащее полимерную композицию по любому из пп. 1-11.
14. Офтальмологическое изделие по п. 13, выбранное из группы, состоящей из контактной линзы, интраокулярной линзы, окклюдера слезной точки и глазной вставки.
15. Контактная линза, содержащая полимерную композицию, причем полимерную композицию получают способом по любому из пп. 1-11.
16. Контактная линза по п. 15, отличающаяся тем, что первая реакционная композиция, вторая реакционная композиция или как первая реакционная композиция, так и вторая реакционная композиция содержат одну или более добавок, выбранных из поглотителей УФ излучения, фотохромных соединений, фармацевтических соединений, нутрицевтических соединений, противомикробных соединений, реакционноспособных окрашивающих средств, пигментов, сополимеризуемых красителей, неполимеризуемых красителей, разделительных агентов, смачивающих агентов и разделительных агентов.
17. Сшитая сетка субстрата, содержащая ковалентно связанный активируемый инициатор свободнорадикальной полимеризации, причем сшитую сетку субстрата получают способом, включающим:
(a) создание первой реакционной композиции, содержащей: (i) инициатор полимеризации, который способен при первой активации образовывать две или более свободнорадикальные группы, по меньшей мере одна из которых дополнительно активируется при последующей активации; (ii) одно или более этиленненасыщенных соединений; и (iii) сшивающий агент; и
(b) подвергание первой реакционной композиции первой стадии активации таким образом, что первая реакционная композиция полимеризуется на ней с образованием сшитой сетки субстрата, содержащей ковалентно связанный активируемый инициатор свободнорадикальной реакции.
18. Способ получения полимерной композиции, включающий:
(a) создание первой реакционной композиции, содержащей: (i) инициатор полимеризации, который способен при первой активации образовывать две или более свободнорадикальные группы, по меньшей мере одна из которых дополнительно активируется при последующей активации; (ii) одно или более этиленненасыщенных соединений; и (iii) сшивающий агент;
(b) подвергание первой реакционной композиции первой стадии активации, причем первая реакционная композиция полимеризуется на ней с образованием сшитой сетки субстрата, содержащей ковалентно связанный активируемый инициатор свободнорадикальной реакции;
(с) объединение сшитой сетки субстрата со второй реакционной композицией, содержащей одно или более этиленненасыщенных соединений; и
(d) активацию ковалентно связанного активируемого инициатора свободнорадикальной реакции сшитой сетки субстрата таким образом, что этом вторая реакционная композиция полимеризуется на ней с сшитой сеткой субстрата с образованием привитой полимерной сетки и побочного полимера.
