Claims (25)
1. Система (100), характеризующаяся тем, что система (100) содержит:
a) ячеистую панель (102), имеющую противолежащие поверхности и множество открытых ячеек (108), где каждая открытая ячейка (108) имеет внутреннюю поверхность (110); и
b) вибродемпфирующее покрытие (112) на практически всей внутренней поверхности (110) практически всех открытых ячеек (108), где вибродемпфирующее покрытие (112) сформировано отверждением композиции для покрытия, которая содержит:
(i) эмульсию акрилового полимера или акрилового сополимера, содержащую полимерные частицы; и
(ii) слюду,
где весовое отношение слюды к полимерным частицам составляет от 2:1 до 8:1.
2. Система (100) по п. 1 дополнительно содержащая:
c) адгезив (114), связанный с обеими поверхностями ячеистой панели;
d) первый элемент защитной оболочки (116), соединенный с адгезивом (114), который связан с одной из поверхностей ячеистой панели; и
e) второй элемент защитной оболочки (118), соединенный с адгезивом (114), который связан с другой поверхностью ячеистой панели.
3. Система (100) по п. 1 или 2, где эмульсия акрилового полимера или акрилового сополимера имеет температуру стеклования примерно от -40°С до примерно 0°С.
4. Система (100) по п. 1 или 2, где эмульсия акрилового полимера или акрилового сополимера имеет вязкость менее 800 мПа по данным измерения со шпинделем Брукфильда №3 при 22.78°С и 10 оборотах в минуту.
5. Система (100) по п. 1 или 2, где вибродемпфирующий наполнитель содержит слюду.
6. Система (100) по п. 1, где практически вся внутренняя поверхность (110) практически всех открытых ячеек (108) имеет нанесенное на них вибродемпфирующее покрытие (112).
7. Система (100) по п. 1, где слюда содержит множество частиц, и не более 3% частиц по весу имеют размер более 300 микрон.
8. Система (100) по п. 1, где вибродемпфирующее покрытие (112) имеет толщину примерно от 0.051 мм до примерно 0.381 мм.
9. Система (100) по п. 1, дополнительно включающая:
a) адгезив (114), связанный с противолежащими поверхностями ячеистой панели; и
b) по меньшей мере, два элемента защитной оболочки, выбранные из группы, включающей алюминий и армированный волокном полимер, причем первый элемент защитной оболочки (116) соединен с адгезивом (114), связанным с одной из поверхностей ячеистой панели (102); и второй элемент защитной оболочки (118) соединен с адгезивом (114), связанным с другой поверхностью ячеистой панели.
10. Система (100) по п. 9, где, по меньшей мере, каждый из двух элементов защитной оболочки имеет толщину примерно от 0.127 мм до примерно 2.54 мм.
11. Система (100) по п. 1 или 9, где системе (100) задан размер для напольного покрытия самолета.
12. Способ формирования системы (100) по п. 1, характеризующийся тем, что он включает следующие стадии:
a) перемещение каскадного водопада вибродемпфирующего покрытия (112), падающего сверху вниз на ячеистую панель; и
b) выдувание избытка вибродемпфирующего покрытия (112) вниз из открытых ячеек (108) сжатым газом.
13. Система (100) по п. 1, содержащая достаточное вибродемпфирующее покрытие (112) для того, чтобы увеличить плотность системы, не менее чем на 64 кг/м3 по сравнению с системой (100) без вибродемпфирующего покрытия (112).
