Claims (26)

1. Защитный слой (10) многослойной термоизоляционной панели (100) для строительных конструкций, содержащий
армирующий слой (1) из стекловолокна, который имеет первую поверхность (FI) и противоположную вторую поверхность (F2);
первый слой покрытия (2) армирующего слоя (1), причем упомянутый первый слой покрытия присоединен к указанной первой поверхности (FI);
второй слой покрытия (3) армирующего слоя (1) присоединен к указанной второй поверхности (F2), упомянутый армирующий слой расположен между первым (2) и вторым (3) слоями покрытия, причем как первый (2), так и второй (3) слои покрытия состоят из смеси, которая содержит органический связующий компонент.
2. Защитный слой (10) многослойной термоизоляционной панели (100) по п. 1, в котором упомянутая смесь содержит также неорганические минеральные наполнители.
3. Защитный слой (10) многослойной термоизоляционной панели (100) по п. 1, в котором упомянутая смесь содержит также загуститель и воду.
4. Защитный слой (10) многослойной термоизоляционной панели (100) по п. 1, в котором указанная смесь содержит также добавки, отобранные из группы, состоящей из: водоотталкивающих или гидрофильных добавок, олеофобных или олеофильных добавок, негорючих добавок, усиливающих, эластичных, выравнивающих добавок, противомикробных средств, биоцидов.

Защитный слой (10) многослойной термоизоляционной панели (100) по п. 1 и 2, в котором упомянутый первый слой покрытия (2) содержит первую смесь, содержащую первое органическое связующее вещество и неорганические минеральные наполнители первого типа, а второй слой (3) покрытия содержит вторую смесь, содержащую второе органическое связующее вещество, отличное от первого органического связующего вещества, и второй тип неорганического минерального наполнителя, отличающийся от первого типа неорганического минерального наполнителя.
6. Защитный слой (10) многослойной термоизоляционной панели (100) по п. 1, в котором упомянутый органический связующий компонент отобран из группы, состоящей из: акриловых смол, стирольных, полиуретановых, виниловых, полиэтиленовых смол, смол, содержащих версатат, этиленвинилацетат (ЭВА), или из группы, состоящей из любой комбинации и/или сополимеров указанных смол.
7. Защитный слой (10) многослойной термоизоляционной панели (100) по п. 2, в котором указанные неорганические минеральные наполнители выбираются из группы, состоящей из: карбонатов, силикатов, оксидов, гидроксидов, боратов, сульфатов.
8. Защитный слой (10) многослойной термоизоляционной панели (100) по пп. 1-3, в котором указанные первый (2) и второй (3) слои покрытия аналогичны между собой и содержат аналогичную смесь, которая содержит: акриловую смолу, в процентах от 2% до 20%;
неорганические минеральные наполнители, в процентах от 50% до 80%;
загуститель, в процентах от 0,1% до 20%;
воду, в процентах от 10% до 30%.
9. Защитный слой (10) многослойной термоизоляционной панели (100) по п. 1, в котором указанный защитный слой имеет толщину в диапазоне от 0,2 мм до 1 мм, а вес на квадратный метр поверхности в диапазоне от 150 г/м2 до 800 г/м2.
10. Многослойная термоизоляционная панель (100) для строительных конструкций, которая содержит центральный слой (50), изготовленный из термоизоляционного материала, уложенного между двумя защитными слоями (10), каждый из которых выполнен согласно пп. 1-9.
11. Способ изготовления защитного слоя (10) многослойной термоизоляционной панели (100) для строительных конструкций, который состоит последовательно из этапов:
обеспечение стекловолоконного армирующего слоя (1) подложки, которая имеет первую поверхность(FI) и противоположную вторую поверхность (F2);
распределение жидкой смеси, содержащей органическое связующее вещество, на первую поверхность (FI) армированного слоя (1);
сушка подложки первый раз для образования первого слоя покрытия (2) армированного слоя (1);
распределение жидкой смеси, содержащей органическое связующее вещество, на второй поверхности (F2) армированного слоя (1);
сушка подложки второй раз для образования второго слоя покрытия (3) армированного слоя (1), причем упомянутый армированный слой (1) расположен между первым слоем покрытия и вторым слоем покрытия.
12. Способ изготовления защитного слоя (10) многослойной термоизоляционной панели (100) для строительных конструкций, состоящий из следующих этапов:
обеспечение армированного стекловолокном слоя (1) подложки, который имеет первую поверхность (FI) и противоположную вторую поверхность (F2);
погружение упомянутого армирующего слоя (1) в ванну, в которой содержится жидкая смесь, которая содержит органический связующий компонент, для распределения указанной смеси одновременно на первой поверхности (FI) и второй поверхности (F2) армирующего слоя (1);
сушка подложки для образования первого (2) и второго слоя покрытия (3) армирующего слоя (1), причем упомянутый армирующий слой (1) расположен между первым слоем покрытия и вторым слоями покрытия.
