Abstract

La presente invención proporciona composiciones no acuosas del material de revestimiento que comprende (A) al menos un compuesto que contiene un grupo de polihidroxilo, (B1) al menos un compuesto (B1) que contiene el grupo de poliisocianato que tiene grupos de isocianato libres o bloqueados y que tiene una estructura parental de poliisocianato cicloalifático, y/o un poliisocianato derivado del mismo, (B2) al menos un compuesto (B2) que contiene el grupo de poliisocianato que tiene grupos de isocianato libres o bloqueados y que tiene una estructura parental de poliisocianato alifático, acíclico, y/o un poliisocianato que se deriva del mismo, (D) al menos un catalizador para la reticulación de grupos de silano, y (R) al menos un auxiliar (R) reológico a base de sílice pirógena, donde el componente (B1) y/o el componente (B2) comprende al menos una unidad estructural -NR- (X-SiR"x(OR') 3-x) (I) y/o al menos una unidad estructural -N(X-SiR"x(OR')3-x)n(X' -SiR"y(OR')3-y)m (II), el compuesto (B1) se utiliza en una cantidad tal que la fracción aglutinante de la estructura parental que contiene el grupo de isocianato de (B1) esté ente 5% y 45% en peso, basado en cada caso a la suma de la fracción aglutinante de la estructura parental que contiene el grupo de isocianato de (B1) más (B2), y la mezcla de los componentes (B1) más (B2) incluye las unidades (I) estructurales y unidades (II) estructurales. La presente invención proporciona además procesos de revestimiento por múltiples etapas y también el uso de las composiciones del material de revestimiento.
