Claims (68)

1. Полимер, содержащий мономерные единицы, полученные по меньшей мере из одного мономера формул (I) или (II)

в которых
Rf1 и Rf2 независимо друг от друга означают перфторированную, необязательно содержащую гетероатомы, алкильную группу,
R1 и R2 независимо друг от друга означают Н или алкильную группу,
L1 и L2 независимо друг от друга означают одинарную связь или двухвалентную органическую группу,
X1 и Х2 независимо друг от друга означают этиленненасыщенную группу,
m1 и m2 независимо друг от друга означают ≥1
и n1 и n2 независимо друг от друга означают ≥1.
2. Полимер по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что Rf1 и Rf2 независимо друг от друга выбирают из групп
CF3-(CF2)0-3-, CF3-(CF2)0-3-O-,
CF3-(CF2)0-3-O(CF2)1-3-,
CF3-(CF2)0-3-O-(CF2)1-3-O-,
CF3-(CF2)0-3-O-(CF2)1-3-O-CF2-,
CF3-(CF2)0-3-O-(CF2-O)1-8- и
CF3-(CF2)0-3-O-(CF2-O)1-8-CF2-.
3. Полимер по одному или нескольким пп. 1-2, отличающийся тем, что Rf1 и Rf2 независимо друг от друга выбирают из групп
CF3-(CF2)1-2-, CF3-(CF2)1-2-O-,
CF3-O-(CF2)1-3-,
CF3-O-(CF2)1-2-O-,
CF3-(CF2)1-2-O-CF2-,
CF3-O-(CF2)1-2-O-CF2-,
CF3-O-(CF2-O)1-8- и
CF3-O-(CF2-O)1-8-CF2-.
4. Полимер по одному или нескольким пп. 1-3, отличающийся тем, что R1 и R2 независимо друг от друга выбирают из Н или C1-C3 алкил.
5. Полимер по одному или нескольким пп. 1-4, отличающийся тем, что L1 и L2 независимо друг от друга выбирают из одинарной связи и насыщенной, разветвленной или неразветвленной, необязательно содержащей гетероатомы и/или функциональные группы, алкиленовой группы.
6. Полимер по одному или нескольким пп. 1-5, отличающийся тем, что X1 и Х2 независимо друг от друга означают акрилатную или метакрилатную группу.
7. Полимер по одному или нескольким пп. 1-6, отличающийся тем, что m1 и m2 независимо друг от друга равны 1-3.
8. Полимер по одному или нескольким пп. 1-7, отличающийся тем, что n1 и n2 независимо друг от друга равны 1-3.
9. Полимер по одному или нескольким пп. 1-8, отличающийся тем, что Rf1 и Rf2 независимо друг от друга выбирают из
CF3-(CF2)1-2-, CF3-(CF2)1-2-O-, CF3-O-(CF2)1-3-, CF3-O-(CF2)1-3-O-,
CF3-(CF2)1-2-O-CF2-, CF3-O-(CF2)1-2-O-CF2-, CF3-O-(CF2-O)1-8- и
CF3-O-(CF2-O)1-8-CF2-,
R1 и R2 независимо друг от друга означают Н или СН3,
L1 и L2 независимо друг от друга означают одинарную связь или С1-С4 алкиленовую группу, необязательно разветвленную и/или содержащую гетероатомы, в особенности О, и/или функциональную группу,
X1 и Х2 независимо друг от друга означают акрилатную или метакрилатную группу,
m1 и m2 независимо друг от друга равны 1 или 2,
и n1 и n2 независимо друг от друга равны 1.
10. Полимер по одному или нескольким пп. 1-9, отличающийся тем, что мономер выбирают из следующих формул (Ia) - (Iс) и/или (IIа) - (IIс):

где
Rf означает перфторированную, необязательно содержащую гетероатомы, алкильную группу и R' и R'' независимо друг от друга означают Н или алкильную группу.
11. Полимер по п. 10, отличающийся тем, что Rf представляет собой CF3-CF2-CF2-O-, CF3-CF2-O- или CF3-O- и R' и R'' независимо друг от друга означают Н или метил.
12. Полимер по одному или нескольким пп. 1-11, отличающийся тем, что он содержит по меньшей мере один функциональный и/или нефункциональный сомономер.
13. Полимер по одному или нескольким пп. 1-12, отличающийся тем, что он содержит по меньшей мере один функциональный сомономер, выбранный из сомономера, содержащего ОН, эпокси, -Si(OMe)3,-Si(OEt)3, СO2Н или третичные аминогруппы.
14. Полимер по одному или нескольким пп. 1-13, отличающийся тем, что он содержит по меньшей мере один нефункциональный мономер, выбранный из сомономеров, содержащих линейные или разветвленные алкильные группы или полиэфирные группы или из стиролоподобных мономеров.
15. Способ изготовления функциональных покрытий и/или модификаций покрытий, в особенности для грязеотталкивающих покрытий, посредством применения по меньшей мере одного полимера по одному или нескольким пп. 1-14.
16. Способ обработки субстрата, включающий в себя введение в контакт субстрата с композицией, содержащей по меньшей мере один полимер по одному или нескольким пп. 1-14, необязательно пленкообразующее связующее вещество, необязательно растворитель, и необязательно добавку, и сушку указанной композиции на указанном субстрате.
17. Покрытый субстрат, образованный в соответствии со способом по п. 16.
18. Применение полимеров по одному или нескольким пп. 1-14 для получения функциональных покрытий и/или модификаций покрытий.
19. Применение полимеров по одному или нескольким пп. 1-14 в красках, покрытиях, печатных красках, защитных покрытиях, специальных покрытиях для использования в электронике или оптике, фоторезистах, верхних противоотражательных покрытиях или нижних противоотражательных покрытиях, косметических продуктах, агрохимикатах, средствах для полировки пола, фотолитографических покрытий или покрытий оптических элементов.
20. Композиция, содержащая по меньшей мере один полимер по одному или нескольким пп. 1-14, необязательно пленкообразующее связующее вещество, необязательно растворитель, и необязательно добавку.
21. Композиция по п. 20, отличающаяся тем, что композиция представляет собой красящую композицию, покровную композицию, противопожарную композицию, смазывающее вещество, противообледенитель, композицию фоторезиста, фотолитографическую композицию, косметический продукт, агрохимикат, средство для полировки пола или гидрофобизатор для отделки текстильных изделий или обработки стекла.
22. Пленка, изготовленная отверждением композиции по п. 20.
23. Продукт, имеющий покрытие, содержащее по меньшей мере один полимер по одному или нескольким пп. 1-14.
24. Способ получения полимера, включающий в себя
(а) полимеризацию по меньшей мере одного мономера формул (I) или (II)
