Claims (39)
1. Способ удаления кофеина из раствора, включающий
контактирование раствора с адсорбирующим кофеин материалом, содержащим
сшитый полимер и
адсорбент кофеина, связанный со сшитым полимером,
в течение времени и в условиях, достаточных для адсорбции кофеина, с удалением кофеина из раствора.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором раствор представляет собой напиток.
3. Способ по п.2, в котором напиток выбран из кофе, черного чая, зеленого чая, чая улун, белого чая, чая пуэр, темного чая, травяного чая, цветочного чая, чая со специями, чая матча, энергетического напитка, напитка на основе алкоголя, матэ, газированного напитка и какао.
4. Адсорбирующий кофеин материал, содержащий
сшитый полимер и
адсорбент кофеина, связанный со сшитым полимером.
5. Материал по п.4, в котором сшитый полимер представляет собой сшитый гидрогель.
6. Материал по любому из пп.4 и 5, в котором сшитый полимер содержит сшитый полисахарид.
7. Материал по п.6, в котором сшитый полисахарид выбран из целлюлозы, крахмала, гликогена, хитозана, декстрана, альгината, агара, каррагинана, камеди бобов рожкового дерева, гуаровой камеди и пектина.
8. Материал по любому из пп.4 и 5, в котором сшитый полимер содержит сшитый белок или полипептид.
9. Материал по п.8, в котором сшитый белок или полипептид выбран из фиброина, эластина, шелка, коллагена, кератина и желатина.
10. Материал по любому из пп.4-9, в котором сшитый полимер содержит полимер и сшиватель, и при этом сшиватель представляет собой поливалентный ион.
11. Материал по п.10, в котором поливалентный ион представляет собой ион поливалентного металла, выбранный из поливалентного иона кальция, магния, марганца, железа, меди, кобальта, никеля, цинка, бария, селена, хрома и молибдена.
12. Материал по п.10, в котором массовое отношение сшиватель:полимер составляет более 1:100.
13. Материал по любому из пп.4-12, где материал имеет наименьший диаметр с размером между около 100 нм и около 10 мм.
14. Материал по любому из пп.4-13, где материал имеет форму, выбранную из гранулы, нити, овала и пластины.
15. Материал по любому из пп.4-14, в котором адсорбент кофеина представляет собой глинистую частицу.
16. Материал по п.15, в котором глинистая частица содержит материал, выбранный из лапонита, монтмориллонита, бейделлита, нонтронита, гекторита, сапонита, сауконита, сепиолита и их сочетаний.
17. Материал по любому из пп.4-14, в котором адсорбент кофеина выбран из молекулярно импринтированного полимера, цеолита, ионообменной смолы и активированного угля.
18. Материал по любому из пп.4-14, в котором адсорбент кофеина представляет собой активированный уголь, и в котором в активированный уголь введены сахар и кислота.
19. Материал по любому из пп.4-18, в котором отношение сшитого полимера к адсорбенту кофеина находится в диапазоне от около 50:1 до около 1:50.
20. Материал по любому из пп.4-19, где адсорбирующий кофеин материал является термостабильным при температурах, равных или меньших, чем 150°С.
21. Материал по любому из пп.4-20, где адсорбирующий кофеин материал является рН-стабильным при значении pH между около 2 и около 10.
22. Адсорбирующая кофеин система, содержащая
пористую емкость; и
адсорбирующий кофеин материал, расположенный внутри пористой емкости, причем адсорбирующий кофеин материал содержит
сшитый полимер и
адсорбент кофеина, связанный со сшитым полимером.
23. Система по п.22, в которой пористая емкость выбрана из бумажного пакета, тканевого пакета, шелкового пакета, полиэтиленового пакета, металлического заварочного шарика, пакета из тканого материала и пакета из нетканого материала.
24. Система декофеинизации, содержащая
кофеинсодержащий твердый продукт; и
адсорбирующий кофеин материал, содержащий:
сшитый полимер и
адсорбент кофеина, связанный со сшитым полимером.
25. Система по п.24, в которой кофеинсодержащий твердый продукт выбран из молотого кофе, кофе в кристаллах, кофейного порошка, чайных листьев и чайного порошка.
