Claims (32)
1. Способ уменьшения нейтропении у субъекта, включающий введение плинабулина или его фармацевтически приемлемой соли субъекту, который в этом нуждается, при этом указанная нейтропения вызвана введением первой химиотерапевтической композиции, содержащей один или более химиотерапевтических агентов, где указанная химиотерапевтическая композиция не содержит доцетаксела, или указанная нейтропения вызвана лучевой терапией.
2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что указанная первая химиотерапевтическая композиция не содержит таксан.
3. Способ по п. 1 или 2, включающий введение одной или более дополнительных химиотерапевтических композиций указанному субъекту.
4. Способ по любому из пп. 1-3, отличающийся тем, что указанная первая химиотерапевтическая композиция содержит один химиотерапевтический агент.
5. Способ по любому из пп. 1-3, отличающийся тем, что указанная первая химиотерапевтическая композиция содержит два или более химиотерапевтических агентов.
6. Способ по любому из пп. 1-4, отличающийся тем, что указанная первая химиотерапевтическая композиция содержит один или более агентов, выбранных из группы, состоящей из циклофосфамида, ифозамида, цисплатина, карбоплатина, оксалиплатина, недаплатина, триплатин тетранитрата, фенантриплатина, пикоплатина, сатраплатина, топотекана, иринотекана, доксорубицина, эпирубицина, даунорубицина, валрубицина и их фармацевтически приемлемых солей.
7. Способ по любому из пп. 3-6, отличающийся тем, что по меньшей мере одна из указанных одной или более дополнительных химиотерапевтических композиций содержит доцетаксел.
8. Способ по любому из пп. 3-7, отличающийся тем, что по меньшей мере одна из указанных одной или более дополнительных химиотерапевтических композиций содержит один или более таксанов, выбранных из группы, состоящей из доцетаксела, паклитаксела и кабазитаксела.
9. Способ по любому из пп. 1-8, отличающийся тем, что указанная первая химиотерапевтическая композиция содержит циклофосфамид.
10. Способ по любому из пп. 1-9, отличающийся тем, что указанная первая химиотерапевтическая композиция содержит цисплатин.
11. Способ по любому из пп. 1-10, отличающийся тем, что указанная первая химиотерапевтическая композиция содержит доксорубицин.
12. Способ по любому из пп. 1-11, отличающийся тем, что указанная первая химиотерапевтическая композиция содержит топотекан.
13. Способ по любому из пп. 1-12, включающий введение плинабулина перед введением указанной первой химиотерапевтической композиции.
14. Способ по п. 13, отличающийся тем, что плинабулин вводят в пределах примерно от 1 минуты до 24 часов перед введением указанной первой химиотерапевтической композиции.
15. Способ по любому из пп. 1-12, включающий введение плинабулина после введения указанной первой химиотерапевтической композиции.
16. Способ по п. 15, отличающийся тем, что плинабулин вводят в пределах примерно от 1 минуты до 24 часов после введения указанной первой химиотерапевтической композиции.
17. Способ по любому из пп. 1-12, отличающийся тем, что плинабулин и указанную первую химиотерапевтическую композицию вводят по существу одновременно.
18. Способ по любому из пп. 3, 7 или 8, включающий:
введение плинабулина перед введением указанной первой химиотерапевтической композиции; и
введение указанных дополнительных одной или более химиотерапевтических композиций после введения указанной первой химиотерапевтической композиции.
19. Способ по любому из пп. 3, 7 или 8, включающий:
введение указанной первой химиотерапевтической композиции перед введением плинабулина; и
введение указанных дополнительных одной или более химиотерапевтических композиций после введения плинабулина.
20. Способ по любому из пп. 3, 7 или 8, включающий:
введение указанной первой химиотерапевтической композиции перед введением указанных дополнительных одной или более химиотерапевтических композиций; и
введение плинабулина после введения указанных дополнительных одного или более химиотерапевтических агентов.
21. Способ по любому из пп. 18-20, отличающийся тем, что период времени между введением каждого из плинабулина, указанной первой химиотерапевтической композиции и указанных дополнительных одной или более химиотерапевтических композиций независимо выбран из диапазона примерно от 1 минуты до 24 часов.
22. Способ по любому из пп. 1-21, включающий проведение лучевой терапии указанному субъекту.
23. Способ по любому из пп. 1-22, включающий идентификацию указанного субъекта как страдающего нейтропенией.
24. Способ по любому из пп. 1-23, отличающийся тем, что указанная нейтропения, вызванная первой химиотерапевтической композицией, представляет собой нейтропению 3 или 4 степени.
25. Способ по любому из пп. 1-24, включающий идентификацию указанного субъекта как имеющего риск развития нейтропении.
26. Способ по любому из пп. 1-25, отличающийся тем, что указанное уменьшение нейтропении включает уменьшение вероятности возникновения или уменьшение тяжести нейтропении у указанного субъекта.
