Claims (29)
1. Способ получения клеевой композиции, включающий:
взаимодействие олефинового мономера с каталитической системой в пределах зоны полимеризации с получением полимера на основе олефина условиях полимеризации, достаточных для получения полимера на основе олефина, каталитической системой, содержащей металлический компонент, обычно представленный формулой:
MRx;
где М представляет собой переходной металл, R представляет собой галоген, алкокси или гидрокарбоксильную группу, а х представляет собой валентность переходного металла; где каталитическая система дополнительно содержит внутренний донор (ID) включающий C3-C6 циклический простой эфир; и
отбор полимера на основе олефина из зоны полимеризации; и
смешивание в расплаве полимера на основе олефина с привитым (полиолефин/эластомер) сополимером с получением клеевой композиции на основе полиолефина,
где способ представляет собой поточный технологический процесс.
2. Способ по п.1,отличающийся тем, что полимер на основе олефина взаимодействует с привитым (полиолефин/эластомер) сополимером до гранулирования полимера на основе олефина.
3. Способ по п.1, дополнительно включающий смешивание в расплаве полимера на основе олефина и привитого (полиолефин/эластомер) сополимера в присутствии присадки, способствующей адгезии.
4. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что переходной металл выбирается из титана, хрома и ванадия.
5. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что металлический компонент выбирается из TiCl4, TiBr4, Ti(OC2H5)3Cl, Ti(OC3H7)2Cl2, Ti(OC6H13)2Cl2, Ti(OC2H5)2Br2 и Ti(OC12H25)Cl3, где каталитическая система дополнительно содержит алюминийорганическое соединение, выбранное из триметилалюминия (TMA), триэтилалюминия (TEAl) и триизобутилалюминия (TiBAl), и где каталитическая система дополнительно содержит носитель, включающий галогенид магния.
6. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что циклические простые эфиры выбираются из тетрагидрофурана, диоксана, метилтетрагидрофурана и их смесей.
7. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что каталитическая система обладает молярным соотношением Mg:Ti больше чем 5:1.
8. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что каталитическая система обладает молярным соотношением Mg:ID меньше чем 3:1.
9. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что полимер на основе олефина содержит полиэтилен, где полиэтилен имеет плотность (определенную в соответствии с ASTM D-792), составляющую от 0,86 г/см3 до 0.94 г/см3 и
индекс текучести расплава (MI2) (определенный в соответствии с ASTM D-1238), составляющий от 0,1 дг/мин до 15 дг/мин.
10. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что привитой (полиолефин/эластомер) сополимер содержит функциональный мономер, выбранный из карбоновых кислот и производных карбоновых кислот, и кислоты и производных ангидрида кислоты.
11. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что клеевая композиция на основе полиолефина содержит привитой (полиолефин/эластомер) сополимер в пределах от 0,5 мас.% до 50 мас.% в расчете на общую массу клеевой композиции на основе полиолефина.
12. Клеевая композиция, содержащая:
клеевую композицию на основе полиолефина, полученную за один цикл нагрева и содержащую:
этиленовый сополимер на основе олефина и сомономер, выбранный из пропилена, 1-бутена, 1-гексена, 1-октена и их смесей, полученный с помощью каталитической системы, включающей металлический компонент, обычно представленный формулой:
MRx;
где М представляет собой переходной металл, R представляет собой галоген, алкокси или гидрокарбоксильную группу, а х представляет собой валентность переходного металла; где каталитическая система дополнительно содержит внутренний донор (ID) включающий C3-C6 циклический простой эфир, нанесенный на MgCl2, и
привитой (полиолефин/эластомер) сополимер.
13. Клеевая композиция по п.12, отличающаяся тем, что композиция обладает низким количеством гелей и низким показателем пожелтения по сравнению с идентичной композицией, полученной с помощью традиционного технологического процесса.
14. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что циклические простые эфиры выбираются из тетрагидрофурана, диоксана, метилтетрагидрофурана и их смесей.
15. Многослойная пленка, содержащая:
несколько слоев смолы; и
одну или несколько клеевых прослоек, по меньшей мере, между двумя слоями смолы, где клеевые прослойки выполнены из клеевой композиции по п.12.
