Claims (101)
1. Способ образования системы для инфузионного введения рубидиевого радиоактивного элюата, включающий в себя
установку на тележку первого экранирующего отсека, имеющего первое отверстие, второго экранирующего отсека, имеющего второе отверстие, и экранированной ниши, причем
первое отверстие выполнено с возможностью вставления стронций-рубидиевого радиоизотопного генератора в первый экранированный отсек и удаления из него,
второе отверстие выполнено с возможностью вставления сосуда для отходов во второй экранированный отсек и удаления из него, и
экранированная ниша выполнена с возможностью размещения резервуара для элюата, при этом резервуар для элюата выполнен с возможностью сбора проб рубидиевого радиоактивного элюата;
конфигурирование компьютера системы для инфузионного введения с возможностью
собирать пробу рубидиевого радиоактивного элюата в резервуар для элюата путем перекачивания физиологического раствора из резервуара для физиологического раствора в стронций-рубидиевый радиоизотопный генератор через трубопровод для физиологического раствора, генерируя таким образом рубидиевый радиоактивный элюат, который подается через трубопровод для элюата,
определять результат теста на проскок стронция для образца рубидиевого радиоактивного элюата, собранного в резервуар для элюата в экранированной нише, размещенной на тележке, при этом резервуар для элюата остается в экранированной нише, размещенной на тележке,
не разрешать инфузию пациенту, если результат теста на проскок стронция выше или равен допустимому пределу,
отслеживать объем физиологического раствора в резервуаре для физиологического раствора,
не разрешать инфузию пациенту, если объем физиологического раствора в резервуаре для физиологического раствора ниже предварительно заданного порога физиологического раствора,
отслеживать объем отходов в сосуде для отходов, и
не разрешать инфузию пациенту, если объем отходов в сосуде для отходов выше предварительно заданного порога отходов.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором компьютер дополнительно выполнен с возможностью
обеспечивать сообщение на дисплее компьютера, когда объем физиологического раствора в резервуаре для физиологического раствора ниже предварительно заданного порога физиологического раствора.
3. Способ по п.1, в котором компьютер дополнительно выполнен с возможностью
обеспечения указания, когда сосуд для отходов должен быть опорожнен.
4. Способ по п.3, в котором указание является экраном на дисплее компьютера, напоминающим пользователю, что сосуд для отходов должен быть опорожнен.
5. Способ по п.1, в котором компьютер дополнительно выполнен с возможностью
принимать ввод от пользователя, указывающий, что сосуд для отходов опорожнен.
6. Способ по п. 1, в котором система для инфузионного введения дополнительно содержит датчик физиологического раствора на тележке, который находится в сообщении с компьютером, для отслеживания объема физиологического раствора в резервуаре для физиологического раствора.
7. Способ по п.1, в котором конфигурирование компьютера с возможностью отслеживать объем физиологического раствора в резервуаре для физиологического раствора включает в себя конфигурирование компьютера с возможностью отслеживать выработку объема резервуара для физиологического раствора от объема базовой точки при приведении в действие насоса на тележке.
8. Способ по п. 1, в котором система для инфузионного введения дополнительно содержит датчик отходов на тележке, который находится в сообщении с компьютером, для отслеживания объема отходов в сосуде для отходов.
9. Способ по п.1, в котором конфигурирование компьютера с возможностью отслеживать объем отходов в сосуде для отходов включает в себя конфигурирование компьютера с возможностью отслеживать наполнение сосуда для отходов при приведении в действие насоса на тележке.
10. Способ по п.1, в котором компьютер дополнительно выполнен с возможностью
определять радиоактивность пробы рубидиевого радиоактивного элюата при протекании пробы через трубопровод для элюата в резервуар;
определять калибровочную радиоактивность пробы, при этом проба остается в резервуаре для элюата в экранированной нише, размещенной на тележке; и
сравнивать радиоактивность пробы, определенную при протекании пробы через трубопровод для элюата, с калибровочной радиоактивностью пробы, определенной в резервуаре для элюата в экранированной нише, размещенной на тележке.
11. Способ по п.1, в котором компьютер дополнительно выполнен с возможностью
управлять сообщением по текучей среде между стронций-рубидиевым радиоизотопным генератором и резервуаром для физиологического раствора,
управлять сообщением по текучей среде между трубопроводом для элюата и резервуаром для элюата, когда трубопровод для элюата соединен с резервуаром для элюата,
управлять сообщением по текучей среде между трубопроводом для элюата и сосудом для отходов;
управлять сообщением по текучей среде между трубопроводом для элюата и пациентом, когда трубопровод для элюата соединен с пациентом,
нагнетать дозу рубидиевого радиоактивного элюата пациенту; и
вытеснять рубидиевый радиоактивный элюат, остающийся в по меньшей мере части трубопровода для элюата в пациента путем нагнетания физиологического раствора из резервуара для физиологического раствора в трубопровод для элюата по обводному трубопроводу, обходящему стронций-рубидиевый радиоизотопноый генератор.
12. Способ по п.1, в котором тележка содержит платформу и внешний кожух, продолжающийся вверх выше платформы, при этом
внешний кожух имеет переднюю сторону, заднюю сторону, две боковые стенки и верхнюю поверхность,
платформа и внешний кожух совместно образуют внутренне пространство корпусной структуры,
корпусная структура имеет самую нижнюю часть, и платформа имеет нижнюю поверхность,
первое отверстие расположено на первой высоте,
второе отверстие расположено на второй высоте,
первая высота составляет от приблизительно 1 фута до приблизительно 2 футов относительно самой нижней части корпусной структуры, и
вторая высота составляет от приблизительно 2 футов до приблизительно 3 футов относительно нижней поверхности платформы.
13. Способ по п. 1, в котором система для инфузионного введения выполнена так, что трубопровод для физиологического раствора и трубопровод для элюата проходят через по меньшей мере один проход для трубопровода, выполненный в окружной поверхности первого экранирующего отсека, причем по меньшей мере один проход для трубопровода имеет глубину, не допускающую пережима или раздавливания соответствующего трубопровода, проведенного по проходу.
14. Способ по п. 1, в котором система для инфузионного введения содержит дозкалибратор в экранированной нише, размещенной на тележке, причем дозкалибратор связан с компьютером для определения результата теста на проскок стронция.
15. Способ по п.1, в котором компьютер дополнительно выполнен с возможностью разрешать пользователю
регистрироваться в компьютере путем введения логина пользователя на дисплее компьютера,
передавать данные пользователя об инфузии через USB порт, и
распечатывать документы, касающиеся инфузии пациенту или результата теста на проскок стронция посредством принтера.
16. Способ по п.1, в котором компьютер дополнительно выполнен с возможностью разрешать пользователю
посредством дисплея компьютера начинать промывку колонки генератора, при этом предварительно заданное количество физиологического раствора прокачивается через стронций-рубидиевый радиоизотопный генератор и направляется в сосуд для отходов при промывке колонки генератора.
17. Способ по п.1, в котором компьютер дополнительно выполнен с возможностью разрешать пользователю
посредством дисплея компьютера начинать процесс продувки для продувки трубопровода пациента от воздуха, причем трубопровод пациента находится в сообщении по текучей среде с трубопроводом для элюата.
18. Способ по п.1, в котором компьютер дополнительно выполнен с возможностью разрешать пользователю
вводить идентификационный номер пациента на дисплее компьютера,
вводить дозу пациента на дисплее компьютера,
вводить скорость потока на дисплее компьютера.
19. Способ по п.1, в котором компьютер дополнительно выполнен с возможностью представления на дисплее компьютера экрана для начала инфузии пациенту.
20. Способ по п. 1, в котором система для инфузионного введения дополнительно содержит
ручку, сконфигурированную для захвата пользователем для передвижения системы для инфузионного введения, и
четыре колеса, закрепленных к нижней стороне тележки.
21. Способ по п.1, в котором компьютер дополнительно выполнен с возможностью
представления на дисплее компьютера экрана для начала инфузии пациенту,
представления на дисплее компьютера экрана, напоминающего пользователю вставить резервуар для элюата в экранированную нишу, размещенную на тележке,
представления на дисплее компьютера экрана, указывающего, что проходит процесс инфузии пациенту,
представления на дисплее компьютера экрана кнопки прерывания для прерывания инфузии пациенту, когда проходит процесс инфузии пациенту, и
представления на дисплее компьютера результата теста на проскок стронция.
22. Способ по п.21, в котором компьютер дополнительно выполнен с возможностью разрешать пользователю регистрироваться в компьютере путем введения логина пользователя на дисплее компьютера,
вводить идентификационный номер пациента на дисплее компьютера,
вводить дозу пациента на дисплее компьютера,
вводить скорость потока на дисплее компьютера.
23. Способ по п.22, в котором компьютер дополнительно выполнен с возможностью
отслеживать время, прошедшее от завершения прокачки пробы рубидиевого радиоактивного элюата в резервуар для элюата до измерения результата теста на проскок стронция,
обеспечивать сообщение на дисплее компьютера, когда объем физиологического раствора в резервуаре для физиологического раствора ниже предварительно заданного порога физиологического раствора, и
обеспечивать на дисплее компьютера экран, напоминающий пользователю, что сосуд для отходов должен быть опорожнен.
24. Способ по п.23, в котором компьютер дополнительно выполнен с возможностью разрешать пользователю
посредством дисплея компьютера начинать промывку колонки генератора, при этом предварительно заданное количество физиологического раствора прокачивается через стронций-рубидиевый радиоизотопный генератор и направляется в сосуд для отходов при промывке колонки генератора, и
посредством дисплея компьютера начинать процесс продувки для продувки трубопровода пациента от воздуха, причем трубопровод пациента находится в сообщении по текучей среде с трубопроводом для элюата.
25. Способ по п. 24, в котором система для инфузионного введения выполнена так, что трубопровод для физиологического раствора и трубопровод для элюата проходят через по меньшей мере один проход для трубопровода, выполненный в окружной поверхности первого экранирующего отсека, причем по меньшей мере один проход для трубопровода имеет глубину, не допускающую пережима или раздавливания соответствующего трубопровода, проведенного по проходу.
26. Способ по п. 25, в котором система для инфузионного введения дополнительно содержит
стронций-рубидиевый радиоизотопный генератор в первом экранирующем отсеке,
платформу, имеющую нижнюю сторону,
внешний кожух, продолжающийся вверх выше платформы, при этом платформа и внешний кожух совместно образуют внутренне пространство корпусной структуры,
ручку, сконфигурированную для захвата пользователем для передвижения системы для инфузионного введения, и
четыре колеса, закрепленных к нижней стороне платформы корпусной структуры.
27. Способ по п.26, в котором компьютер дополнительно выполнен с возможностью

29. Способ по п. 26, в котором система для инфузионного введения дополнительно содержит дозкалибратор в экранированной нише, размещенной на тележке, причем дозкалибратор связан с компьютером для определения результата теста на проскок стронция.
30. Способ по п.29, в котором
корпусная структура имеет самую нижнюю часть, и платформа имеет нижнюю поверхность,
первое отверстие расположено на первой высоте,
второе отверстие расположено на второй высоте,
первая высота составляет от приблизительно 1 фута до приблизительно 2 футов относительно самой нижней части корпусной структуры, и
вторая высота составляет от приблизительно 2 футов до приблизительно 3 футов относительно нижней поверхности платформы.
