Claims (15)

1. Способ снижения бактериального загрязнения на поверхностях в замкнутом пространстве, являющийся подходящим для присутствия людей, при этом способ включает в себя этапы, на которых:
генерируют импульсы света с частотой, превышающей приблизительно 20 Гц, из источника бактерицидного света устройства дезинфекции, которое расположено в замкнутом пространстве, подходящем для присутствия людей; и
проецируют импульсы света на поверхности в замкнутом пространстве на расстоянии по меньшей мере 1,0 метра от устройства дезинфекции, при этом импульсы света, сгенерированные источником бактерицидного света, имеют длительность импульса и поток энергии, достаточный для генерации потока мощности между приблизительно 200 Вт/м2 и приблизительно 5000 Вт/м2 ультрафиолетового света в диапазоне волн между 200 нм и 320 нм на поверхностях.
2. Способ по п. 1, дополнительно включающий в себя подавление или завершение работы устройства дезинфекции на основе сигнала обнаружения от датчика присутствия, включенного в устройство дезинфекции.
3. Способ по п. 1, в котором этап проецирования импульсов света включает в себя проецирование импульсов света непосредственно на поверхности в замкнутом пространстве на расстоянии по меньшей мере 2,0 метра от устройства дезинфекции.
4. Способ по п. 1, в котором этап генерации импульсов света включает в себя генерацию импульсов света с частотой, превышающей приблизительно 40 Гц.
5. Способ по п. 1, в котором этап генерации импульсов света включает в себя генерацию импульсов света с частотой, превышающей приблизительно 60 Гц.
6. Способ по п. 1, в котором этап генерации импульсов света включает себя генерацию импульсов света с частотой между приблизительно 55 Гц и приблизительно 80 Гц.
7. Способ по п. 1, в котором этап генерации импульсов света включает в себя генерацию импульсов света с частотой, превышающей приблизительно 80 Гц.
8. Способ по п. 1, в котором импульсы света, сгенерированные источником бактерицидного света, имеют длительность импульса и поток энергии, достаточные для генерации потока мощности между приблизительно 200 Вт/м2 и приблизительно 2500 Вт/м2 ультрафиолетового света в диапазоне волн между 200 нм и 320 нм на поверхностях.
9. Способ по п. 1, в котором импульсы света, сгенерированные источником бактерицидного света, имеют длительность импульса и поток энергии, достаточные для генерации потока мощности между приблизительно 200 Вт/м2 и приблизительно 1000 Вт/м2 ультрафиолетового света в диапазоне волн между 200 нм и 320 нм на поверхностях.
10. Способ по п. 1, дополнительно включающий в себя автоматическое перемещение источника бактерицидного света относительно опорного элемента устройства дезинфекции в течение этапов генерации и проецирования импульсов света.
11. Способ по п. 1, дополнительно включающий в себя автоматическое перемещение устройства дезинфекции в течение этапов генерации и проецирования импульсов света.
12. Способ по п. 1, в котором источник бактерицидного света представляет собой многоцветный источник бактерицидного света.
13. Способ по п. 1, в котором источник бактерицидного света генерирует ультрафиолетовый свет и видимый свет, при этом способ дополнительно включает в себя генерацию импульсов света из источника видимого света, отличного из источника бактерицидного света, в результате чего объединенные проецирования видимого света из источника видимого света и источника бактерицидного света создают непрерывный поток видимого света или объединенный поток видимого света, пульсирующий на частоте, превышающей 50 Гц.
