Claims (18)
1. Состав, пригодный в качестве искусственных слез, представляющий собой бессолевую эмульсию, которая содержит касторовое масло и, в особенности, исключает оливковое масло, содержащая по меньшей мере одно активное средство, выбранное из группы, состоящей из полисорбата, карбоксиметилцеллюлозы и глицерина.
2. Состав по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что указанная смесь содержит от 0,1-0,5% масс./масс. касторового масла.
3. Состав по п. 2, отличающийся тем, что касторовое масло является единственным маслом в эмульсии.
4. Состав по п. 3, отличающийся тем, что касторовое масло эмульгировано в водной фазе.
5. Состав по п. 4, отличающийся тем, что касторовое масло присутствует в концентрации около 0,25% масс./масс.
6. Состав по п. 5, дополнительно включающий в себя первичный и вторичный эмульгатор.
7. Состав по п. 5, отличающийся тем, что состав содержит консервант.
8. Состав по п. 7, отличающийся тем, что консервант выбран из группы, состоящей из ПУРИТА и хлорида бензалкония.
9. Состав по п. 8, отличающийся тем, что консервант представляет собой ПУРИТ®, присутствующий в концентрации около 0,01% масс./об.
10. Эмульсия для применения при лечении синдрома «сухого глаза», отличающаяся тем, что эмульсия является бессолевой и содержит касторовое масло, полисорбат 80, карбоксиметилцеллюлозу и глицерин.
11. Эмульсия по п. 10, отличающаяся тем, что эмульсия также содержит эмульгатор пемулин.
12. Эмульсия по п. 11, дополнительно содержащая эритрит и левокарнитин.
13. Эмульсия для лечения синдрома «сухого глаза», приведенная в Таблице 1.
14. Способ лечения синдрома «сухого глаза», включающий введение любой композиции, как приведено в Таблице 1.
15. Способ лечения синдрома «сухого глаза» по п. 14, отличающийся тем, что в композиции отсутствуют консерванты.
16. Способ лечения синдрома «сухого глаза» по п. 14, отличающийся тем, что способ применяют по меньшей мере один раз в день.
17. Способ лечения синдрома «сухого глаза» по п. 15, отличающийся тем, что композиция облегчает симптомы синдрома «сухого глаза».
18. Способ по п. 15, отличающийся тем, что композиция лечит и предупреждает синдром «сухого глаза».
