Claims (24)

1. Нелетучее модифицированное битумное вяжущее для холодных смесей, содержащее:
A) 0,1-30 вес. % по меньшей мере одного нефтяного битума, выбранного из остаточного битума и окисленного битума;
B) 0,1-30 вес. % по меньшей мере одного природного битума, выбранного из гильсонита, блестящей смолы и грагамита;
C) 0,1-15 вес. % RMC-полимерного модификатора, который представляет собой блок-сополимер винил-ароматического углеводорода и сопряженного диена, включающий по меньшей мере один из стирол-бутадиенового блок-сополимера (SBS), стирол-изопренового блок-сополимера (SIS) и стирол-этилен-бутиленового блок-сополимера (SEBS);
D) 20-50 вес. % по меньшей мере одного технологического масла, выбранного из парафинового масла, нафтенового масла, ароматического масла, природного масла и минерального масла; и
(Е) 0,5-30 вес. % по меньшей мере одного усилителя адгезии, выбранного из эфиров канифоли, модифицированных акрилов, модифицированных силиконов, поливиниловых эфиров и силиконовых смол,
при этом нелетучее модифицированное битумное вяжущее для холодных смесей получают посредством стадий:
a) подготовка нефтяного битума и природного битума посредством нагрева до 160-170°С;
b) добавление RMC-полимерного модификатора по п. С) к нагретому нефтяному битуму и природному битуму и перемешивание в смесительной установке периодического действия при температуре 170-180°С в течение трех или более часов с получением таким образом модифицированного битума;
c) добавление усилителя адгезии к модифицированному битуму и перемешивание при температуре 170-180°С в течение одного часа или более;
d) добавление технологического масла к содержащему усилитель адгезии модифицированному битуму, полученному на стадии с), и перемешивание при температуре 170-180°С в течение одного часа или более; и
е) охлаждение смеси после стадии d).
2. Нелетучая холодная регенерированная асфальтовая смесь, содержащая:
1-3 вес. % нелетучего модифицированного битумного вяжущего для холодных смесей;
93-97 вес. % регенерированного заполнителя; и
2- 4 вес. % наполнителя,
при этом нелетучее модифицированное битумное вяжущее для холодных смесей содержит:
0,1-30 вес. % по меньшей мере одного нефтяного битума, выбранного из остаточного битума и окисленного битума;
0,1-30 вес. % по меньшей мере одного природного битума, выбранного из гильсонита, блестящей смолы и грагамита;
0,1-15 вес. % RMC-полимерного модификатора, который представляет собой блок-сополимер винил-ароматического углеводорода и сопряженного диена, включающий по меньшей мере один из стирол-бутадиенового блок-сополимера (SBS), стирол-изопренового блок-сополимера (SIS) и стирол-этилен-бутиленового блок-сополимера (SEBS);
20-50 вес. % по меньшей мере одного технологического масла, выбранного из парафинового масла, нафтенового масла, ароматического масла, природного масла и минерального масла; и
0,5-30 вес. % по меньшей мере одного усилителя адгезии, выбранного из эфиров канифоли, модифицированных акрилов, модифицированных силиконов, поливиниловых эфиров и силиконовых смол.
3. Нелетучая холодная регенерированная асфальтовая смесь по п. 2, отличающаяся тем, что нелетучая холодная регенерированная асфальтовая смесь упакована в бумажный мешок, бумажную коробку, упаковку «tonne bag» или упаковку из нетканого материала.
4. Нелетучая холодная регенерированная асфальтовая смесь по п. 2, отличающаяся тем, что нелетучая холодная регенерированная асфальтовая смесь применяется для тротуара, велосипедной дорожки или пешеходной дорожки.
