Claims (42)
1. Узел двигателя внутреннего сгорания для моторного транспортного средства, содержащий:
двигатель;
электродвигатель, причем моторное транспортное средство представляет собой гибридное транспортное средство, при этом электродвигатель образует часть гибридной приводной системы указанного транспортного средства; и
уравновешивающий вал, содержащий эксцентриковую массу, причем электродвигатель выполнен с возможностью избирательного вращения уравновешивающего вала, чтобы сбалансировать вибрационную характеристику двигателя.
2. Узел двигателя по п. 1, в котором электродвигатель выполнен с возможностью избирательной подачи энергии коленчатому валу или трансмиссии моторного транспортного средства.
3. Узел двигателя по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором двигатель представляет собой двигатель с отключаемыми цилиндрами, причем вибрационная характеристика двигателя меняется в соответствии с рабочим объемом двигателя.
4. Узел двигателя по п. 3, выполненный с возможностью регулирования вращения уравновешивающего вала в соответствии с рабочим объемом двигателя.
5. Узел двигателя по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором предусмотрена возможность изменения частоты и/или направления вращения электродвигателя, чтобы, таким образом, могли быть изменены частота и/или направление вращения уравновешивающего вала.
6. Узел двигателя по любому из предшествующих пунктов, дополнительно содержащий передачу с переменной частотой вращения, функционально расположенную между электродвигателем и уравновешивающим валом, причем передача с переменной частотой вращения выполнена с возможностью изменения частоты и/или направления вращения уравновешивающего вала.
7. Узел двигателя по п. 5 или 6, в котором предусмотрена возможность изменения частоты и/или направления вращения уравновешивающего вала в соответствии с рабочим объемом двигателя.
8. Узел двигателя по любому из пп. 5-7, в котором предусмотрена возможность изменения частоты и/или направления вращения уравновешивающего вала в соответствии с количеством активных цилиндров двигателя.
9. Узел двигателя по любому из пп. 5-8, в котором предусмотрена возможность регулирования вращения уравновешивающего вала для поддержания заданной разности между фазовыми углами уравновешивающего вала и коленчатого вала двигателя.
10. Узел двигателя по любому из пп. 5-8, дополнительно содержащий контроллер, включающий в себя один или несколько модулей, выполненных с возможностью регулирования работы двигателя и/или электродвигателя.
11. Узел двигателя по п. 10, зависящему от п. 6, в котором контроллер дополнительно содержит один или несколько модулей, выполненных с возможностью регулирования работы передачи с переменной частотой вращения.
12. Узел двигателя по любому из предшествующих пунктов, дополнительно содержащий:
дополнительный уравновешивающий вал, содержащий дополнительную эксцентриковую массу, причем электродвигатель выполнен с возможностью избирательного вращения дополнительного уравновешивающего вала относительно двигателя, чтобы сбалансировать вибрационную характеристику двигателя.
13. Узел двигателя по п. 12, дополнительно содержащий дополнительную передачу с переменной частотой вращения, функционально расположенную между электродвигателем и дополнительным уравновешивающим валом, причем дополнительная передача с переменной частотой вращения выполнена с возможностью изменения частоты и/или направления вращения дополнительного уравновешивающего вала.
14. Узел двигателя по пп. 13 и 6, в котором передача с переменной частотой вращения и дополнительная передача с переменной частотой вращения выполнены с возможностью поддержания заданной разности между фазовыми углами уравновешивающего вала и дополнительного уравновешивающего вала.
15. Узел двигателя по п. 13, выполненный с возможностью поддержания заданной разности между фазовыми углами уравновешивающего вала и дополнительного уравновешивающего вала.
16. Узел двигателя по любому из предшествующих пунктов, дополнительно содержащий соединительную муфту, выполненную с возможностью избирательного подсоединения электродвигателя к уравновешивающему валу.
17. Узел двигателя по любому из предшествующих пунктов, дополнительно содержащий дополнительную соединительную муфту, выполненную с возможностью избирательного подсоединения электродвигателя к коленчатому валу или к трансмиссии моторного транспортного средства.
18. Узел двигателя по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором электродвигатель выполнен с возможностью получения энергии от двигателя и/или от тормозной системы транспортного средства и с возможностью зарядки аккумулятора транспортного средства.
19. Узел двигателя по п. 18, выполненный с возможностью приведения во вращение уравновешивающего вала посредством двигателя, когда электродвигатель заряжает аккумулятор.
20. Способ эксплуатации узла двигателя внутреннего сгорания для моторного транспортного средства, содержащего:
двигатель;
электродвигатель, причем моторное транспортное средство представляет собой гибридное транспортное средство, и при этом электродвигатель образует часть гибридной приводной системы указанного транспортного средства; и
уравновешивающий вал, содержащий эксцентриковую массу, причем в способе:
вращают уравновешивающий вал, используя электродвигатель, чтобы сбалансировать вибрационную характеристику двигателя.
21. Способ по п. 20, в котором дополнительно:
избирательно подают энергию к гибридной приводной системе, используя электродвигатель.
22. Способ по п. 20 или 21, в котором электродвигатель представляет собой мотор-генератор, предусмотренный внутри гибридной приводной системы транспортного средства, причем в способе дополнительно:
получают энергию от двигателя или от тормозной системы транспортного средства, используя электродвигатель; и
заряжают аккумулятор гибридного транспортного средства, используя электродвигатель.
23. Способ по п. 22, в котором дополнительно приводят во вращение уравновешивающий вал, используя двигатель, в то время как заряжают аккумулятор.
24. Способ по любому из пп. 20-23, в котором дополнительно: избирательно используют электродвигатель для вращения
уравновешивающего вала, когда электродвигатель не подает энергию гибридной приводной системе.
25. Способ по любому из пп. 20-24, в котором двигатель представляет собой двигатель с отключаемыми цилиндрами, причем в способе дополнительно:
изменяют рабочий объем двигателя; и
регулируют частоту и/или направление вращения уравновешивающего вала, чтобы сбалансировать вибрационную характеристику двигателя.
26. Способ по п. 25, в котором частоту и/или направление вращения уравновешивающего вала регулируют таким образом, чтобы скомпенсировать различные типы и/или порядки вибраций двигателя посредством вращения уравновешивающего вала.
27. Способ по любому из пп. 20-26, в котором:
отсоединяют электродвигатель от уравновешивающего вала, когда частота вращения двигателя выше пороговой частоты вращения.
