Claims (48)

1. Фетр, содержащий нетканое полотно, имеющее первую поверхность, параллельную второй поверхности, причем нетканое полотно содержит смесь волокон, содержащую:
- 35-65 мас.% первого количества синтетических полимерных волокон, имеющих денье менее или равно 1,0, где 50-100 мас.% указанных синтетических полимерных волокон являются силиконизированными волокнами;
- 10-30 мас.% второго количества спирально извитых синтетических полимерных волокон, имеющих длину более или равно 60мм, где 50-100 мас.% указанных спирально извитых синтетических полимерных волокон являются силиконизированными волокнами;
- 20-50 мас.% эластомерных волокон, имеющих денье в интервале от 2,0 до 7,0; и
- 5-25 мас.% синтетических связующих волокон, имеющих денье 1,5-4,0, причем указанные связующие волокна имеют температуру скрепления ниже температуры размягчения синтетических полимерных волокон,
и в котором указанные первая и вторая поверхности содержат сшитую смолу.
2. Фетр по п.1, в котором первое количество синтетических полимерных волокон имеет длину менее 60мм.
3. Фетр по п.2, в котором первое количество синтетических полимерных волокон имеет длину от 18мм до 51мм.
4. Фетр по п.1, в котором второе количество спирально извитых
синтетических полимерных волокон имеет длину 60-75мм.
5. Фетр по п.1, в котором эластомерные волокна имеют длину 50-71мм.
6. Фетр по п.1, в котором синтетические связующие волокна имеют длину 20-71мм.
7. Фетр по п.1, в котором первое количество синтетических полимерных волокон имеет неспиральную извитость.
8. Фетр по любому из пп. 1-7, в котором смесь волокон содержит:
- 40-55 мас.% первого количества синтетических полимерных волокон, причем указанные волокна имеют неспиральную извитость;
- 15-25 мас.% второго количества спирально извитых синтетических полимерных волокон;
- 20-35 мас.% эластомерных волокон; и
- 5-15 мас.% синтетических связующих волокон.
9. Фетр по любому из пп. 1-7, в котором 75-100 мас.% первого количества синтетических полимерных волокон являются силиконизированными волокнами.
10. Фетр по любому из пп. 1-7, в котором 75-100 мас.% второго количества спирально извитых синтетических полимерных волокон являются силиконизированными волокнами.
11. Фетр по любому из пп. 1-7, в котором первое количество синтетических полимерных волокон и второе количество спирально извитых синтетических полимерных волокон являются сложнополиэфирными волокнами.
12. Фетр по любому из пп. 1-7, в котором сшитая смола содержит сшитый акрилатный (со)полимер.
13. Фетр по любому из пп. 1-7, имеющий плотность 5,0-7,5 кг/м3.
14. Фетр по любому из пп. 1-7, имеющий термическую характеристику, по меньшей мере, 0,75 clo/oz/yd2 (2,25 CLo/Н/м2) при испытании согласно ISO11092.
15. Фетр по любому из пп. 1-7, имеющий водопоглощение менее или равно 30 мас.%
16. Фетр по любому из пп. 1-7, имеющий многонаправленное растяжение 10-20% в машинном, поперечном и диагональном направлениях под нагрузкой 0,65фунт (2,8Н) при испытании согласно ASTM D3107.
17. Фетр по любому из пп. 1-7, имеющий оценку стойкости к миграции 5.
18. Изделие, содержащее фетр по любому из пп. 1-7.
19. Изделие по п.18, причем указанное изделие выбрано из группы, состоящей из изделия верхней одежды, одежды, спального мешка и подстилки.
20. Способ получения фетра по любому из пп. 1-19, содержащий этапы, на которых:
- получают смесь волокон смешением:
- 35-65 мас.% первого количества синтетических полимерных волокон, имеющих денье менее или равно 1,0, где 50-100 мас.% указанных синтетических полимерных волокон являются силиконизированными волокнами;
- 10-30 мас.% второго количества спирально извитых синтетических полимерных волокон, имеющих длину более или равно 60мм, где 50-100 мас.% указанных спирально извитых синтетических полимерных волокон являются силиконизированными волокнами;
- 20-50 мас.% эластомерных волокон, имеющих денье в интервале от 2,0 до 7,0; и
- 5-25 мас.% синтетических связующих волокон, имеющих денье 1,5-4,0, причем указанные связующие волокна имеют температуру скрепления ниже температуры размягчения синтетических полимерных волокон;
- формуют нетканое полотно из смеси волокон, причем нетканое полотно имеет первую поверхность, параллельную второй поверхности;
- нагревают нетканое полотно до или выше температуры скрепления связующих волокон, с формованием в результате скрепленного нетканого полотна;
- наносят сшивающий раствор, содержащий сшивающее соединение, на первую и вторую поверхности скрепленного нетканого полотна; и
- нагревают скрепленное нетканое полотно до температуры выше температуры стеклования сшивающего соединения, с формованием в результате фетра.
21. Способ по п.20, в котором сшивающее соединение имеет температуру стеклования ((Тст)(Tg)) ниже 0°С.
22. Способ по п.20, в котором сшивающее соединение содержит акрилатный (со)полимер.
23. Способ по п.20, в котором коагуляция сшивающего раствора минимизируется перед нанесением сшивающего раствора на первую и вторую поверхности нетканого полотна.
24. Способ по п.20, в котором нанесение сшивающего раствора содержит распыление раствора на первую и вторую поверхности нетканого полотна, и в котором в процессе распыления капли спрея раствора имеют средний диаметр 150-250мкм.
25. Способ по п.24, в котором поверхностная плотность капель сшивающего раствора на первой и второй поверхности нетканого полотна составляет 7-8г/м2.
26. Способ по п.20, в котором указанное нагревание скрепленного нетканого полотна имеет две или более стадий, включая:
- нагревание в печи; и
- нагревание в способе каландрования.
27. Способ по п.26, в котором указанное нагревание в способе каландрования использует температуру 150-175°С, и в котором линейные скорости каландрования не превышают 5м/мин.
