Claims (26)
1. Продукт, содержащий контейнер и вязкую композицию, находящуюся в контейнере, причем:
- композиция содержит по меньшей мере 8,0 мас.% белка молочной сыворотки, имеет рН, лежащий в диапазоне от 4,2 до 10,0, и имеет удельную калорийность менее 200 ккал на 100 г, и
- контейнер является гибким контейнером.
2. Продукт по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что контейнер является пакетом.
3. Продукт по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что контейнер имеет отверстие, предпочтительно имеющее размер, лежащий в диапазоне от 1 до 15 мм, предпочтительно закрытое негибким колпачком.
4. Продукт по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что объем композиции составляет от 70 до 100% от максимального объема контейнера.
5. Продукт по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что контейнер имеет максимальный объем, лежащий в диапазоне от 50 до 500 мл.
6. Продукт по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что композиция дополнительно содержит сахар.
7. Продукт по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что композиция дополнительно содержит полисахарид, предпочтительно - крахмал.
8. Продукт по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что композиция является водной композицией, содержащей от 10,0 до 17,5 мас.% белка молочной сыворотки.
9. Продукт по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что композиция имеет прочность геля в контейнере, лежащую в диапазоне от 1000 до 8000 г, предпочтительно - от 1000 до 5000 г, предпочтительно - от 1000 до 2800 г.
10. Продукт по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что его хранят при пониженной температуре или при температуре окружающей среды.
11. Продукт по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что композиция имеет рН, лежащий в диапазоне от 6,0 до 8,0.
12. Продукт по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что композиция содержит по меньшей мере 0,5 мас.% жира, предпочтительно - масла, предпочтительно - рыбьего жира.
13. Продукт по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что композиция имеет содержание сухих веществ до 60 мас.%, предпочтительно - от 8 до 50 мас.%.
14. Способ изготовления продукта по любому из предыдущих пунктов, включающий следующие стадии:
Стадия А) - приготовление композиции, и
Стадия В) - дозирование композиции в контейнер.
15. Способ по п. 14, отличающийся тем, что он дополнительно включает следующую стадию:
Стадия С) - хранение композиции в контейнере для обеспечения образования геля.
16. Способ по любому из пп. 14 или 15, отличающийся тем, что
- Стадию А) проводят в течение периода, лежащего в диапазоне от 1 мин до 6 ч, предпочтительно - от 30 мин до 4 ч,
- между Стадией А) и Стадией В) допускают период созревания, достигающий 6 часов, предпочтительно - при температуре, лежащей в диапазоне от 4 до 45°C.
17. Применение продукта по любому из пп. 1-13 для дозирования композиции из контейнера.
18. Применение по п. 17, отличающееся тем, что дозирование осуществляют в рот человека.
19. Применение по любому из пп. 17 или 18, отличающееся тем, что дозирование осуществляют через отверстие, имеющее размер, лежащий в диапазоне от 1 до 15 мм.
