技术领域
本发明涉及食品加工技术领域,具体涉及一种补钙饮料。
背景技术
钙是人体内含量最多的元素,约有1200克,也是最容易缺乏的元素之一。其中99%形成骨骼,1%存在于血液软组织里。人体是否缺钙与两方面原因有关。一是峰值骨量,即在35岁左右时,人体骨量达到人生中最高骨量时的钙含量,主要由遗传因素、补钙因素和锻炼因素决定;二是钙流失情况,由钙的补充、流失量及生活习惯所决定,如嗜烟酒、咖啡、茶、可乐、盐摄入量过高,少吃肉或吃太多肉都可导致钙的流失。现在随着人们生活水平的提高,越来越多的人缺钙。
发明内容
针对上述现状,本发明的目的是提供一种补钙饮料。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案:
一种补钙饮料,由以下重量份原料制备而成:浓缩果汁22‐30份、葡萄糖酸钙2‐4份、白砂糖4‐8份、柠檬酸0.3‐0.5份、稳定剂0.1‐0.3份、甜味剂0.3‐0.5份、香精0.1‐0.3份、饮用水160‐200份。
优选地,一种补钙饮料,由以下重量份原料制备而成:浓缩果汁26份、葡萄糖酸钙3份、白砂糖6份、柠檬酸0.4份、稳定剂0.2份、甜味剂0.4份、香精0.2份、饮用水180份。
所述的浓缩果汁为苹果汁、橙汁、葡萄汁中的一种。
上述补钙饮料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按配比准备各组分原料:
(2)将浓缩果汁用饮用水稀释,将稀释后的果汁加热至80‐90℃加入葡萄糖酸钙、白砂糖、柠檬酸、稳定剂、甜味剂、香精搅拌均匀;
(3)过滤、均匀、脱气;
(4)按量装罐、高温灭菌,冷却后入库即可。
本发明的优点是:本发明的补钙饮料酸甜适中,还具有补钙的功效。

(3)过滤、均匀、脱气;

(2)将浓缩果汁用饮用水稀释,将稀释后的果汁加热至80‐90℃加入葡萄糖酸钙、白砂糖、柠檬酸、稳定剂、甜味剂、香精搅拌均匀;
(3)过滤、均匀、脱气;
(4)按量装罐、高温灭菌,冷却后入库即可。

2.根据权利要求1所述的补钙饮料,其特征在于由以下重量份原料制备而成:浓缩果汁26份、葡萄糖酸钙3份、白砂糖6份、柠檬酸0.4份、稳定剂0.2份、甜味剂0.4份、香精0.2份、饮用水180份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的补钙饮料,其特征在于所述的浓缩果汁为苹果汁、橙汁、葡萄汁中的一种。
4.制备根据权利要求1或2所述的补钙饮料的方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)按配比准备各组分原料:
(2)将浓缩果汁用饮用水稀释,将稀释后的果汁加热至80‐90℃加入葡萄糖酸钙、白砂糖、柠檬酸、稳定剂、甜味剂、香精搅拌均匀;
(3)过滤、均匀、脱气;
(4)按量装罐、高温灭菌,冷却后入库即可。
