本发明公开了一种补锌饮料,由以下重量份原料制备而成:浓缩果汁22‐30份、葡萄糖酸锌2‐4份、白砂糖4‐8份、柠檬酸0.3‐0.5份、稳定剂0.1‐0.3份、甜味剂0.3‐0.5份、香精0.1‐0.3份、饮用水160‐200份。本发明的补锌饮料酸甜适中,还具有补锌的功效。

技术领域
本发明涉及食品加工技术领域,具体涉及一种补锌饮料。
背景技术
锌是一种人体必需的微量元素,也是细胞内最丰富的微量元素。成人需10‐15mg/d,儿童约需10mg/d。锌分布在人体各个组织器官内,视网膜、脉络膜、前列腺等器官含量最多,胰腺、肝、肾、肌肉也含有较多的锌。人体中锌主要从食物中来,我国人群的膳食构成基本以谷物类为主,而谷物类的锌含量普遍较低。因此,锌摄入量不足是较普遍的现象。
发明内容
针对上述现状,本发明的目的是提供一种补锌饮料。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案:
一种补锌饮料,由以下重量份原料制备而成:浓缩果汁22‐30份、葡萄糖酸锌2‐4份、白砂糖4‐8份、柠檬酸0.3‐0.5份、稳定剂0.1‐0.3份、甜味剂0.3‐0.5份、香精0.1‐0.3份、饮用水160‐200份。
优选地,一种补锌饮料,由以下重量份原料制备而成:浓缩果汁26份、葡萄糖酸锌3份、白砂糖6份、柠檬酸0.4份、稳定剂0.2份、甜味剂0.4份、香精0.2份、饮用水180份。
所述的浓缩果汁为苹果汁、橙汁、葡萄汁中的一种。
上述补锌饮料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按配比准备各组分原料:
(2)将浓缩果汁用饮用水稀释,将稀释后的果汁加热至80‐90℃加入葡萄糖酸锌、白砂糖、柠檬酸、稳定剂、甜味剂、香精搅拌均匀;
(3)过滤、均匀、脱气;
(4)按量装罐、高温灭菌,冷却后入库即可。
本发明的优点是:本发明的补锌饮料酸甜适中,还具有补锌的功效。

上述补锌饮料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按配比准备各组分原料:
(2)将浓缩果汁用饮用水稀释,将稀释后的果汁加热至80‐90℃加入葡萄糖酸锌、白砂糖、柠檬酸、稳定剂、甜味剂、香精搅拌均匀;
(3)过滤、均匀、脱气;

一种补锌饮料,由以下重量份原料制备而成:浓缩橙汁26份、葡萄糖酸锌3份、白砂糖6份、柠檬酸0.4份、稳定剂0.2份、甜味剂0.4份、香精0.2份、饮用水180份。

(1)按配比准备各组分原料:
(2)将浓缩果汁用饮用水稀释,将稀释后的果汁加热至80‐90℃加入葡萄糖酸锌、白砂糖、柠檬酸、稳定剂、甜味剂、香精搅拌均匀;

一种补锌饮料,由以下重量份原料制备而成:浓缩葡萄汁30份、葡萄糖酸锌4份、白砂糖8份、柠檬酸0.5份、稳定剂0.3份、甜味剂0.5份、香精0.3份、饮用水200份。
上述补锌饮料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按配比准备各组分原料:
(2)将浓缩果汁用饮用水稀释,将稀释后的果汁加热至80‐90℃加入葡萄糖酸锌、白砂糖、柠檬酸、稳定剂、甜味剂、香精搅拌均匀;
(3)过滤、均匀、脱气;
(4)按量装罐、高温灭菌,冷却后入库即可。

1.一种补锌饮料,其特征在于由以下重量份原料制备而成:浓缩果汁22‐30份、葡萄糖酸锌2‐4份、白砂糖4‐8份、柠檬酸0.3‐0.5份、稳定剂0.1‐0.3份、甜味剂0.3‐0.5份、香精0.1‐0.3份、饮用水160‐200份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的补锌饮料,其特征在于由以下重量份原料制备而成:浓缩果汁26份、葡萄糖酸锌3份、白砂糖6份、柠檬酸0.4份、稳定剂0.2份、甜味剂0.4份、香精0.2份、饮用水180份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的补锌饮料,其特征在于所述的浓缩果汁为苹果汁、橙汁、葡萄汁中的一种。
4.制备根据权利要求1或2所述的补锌饮料的方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)按配比准备各组分原料:
(2)将浓缩果汁用饮用水稀释,将稀释后的果汁加热至80‐90℃加入葡萄糖酸锌、白砂糖、柠檬酸、稳定剂、甜味剂、香精搅拌均匀;
(3)过滤、均匀、脱气;
(4)按量装罐、高温灭菌,冷却后入库即可。
