Claims (23)
1. Смесь полипропилена и пластомера. содержащая 80-93% масс. пропиленового полимера и 7-20% масс. пластомера на основе этилена, в которой:
- полипропилен содержит по меньшей мере этилен в качестве сомономера, и
- значение ПТР190/2,16 для пластомера на основе этилена по ISO 1133 составляет по меньшей мере 0,5 г/10 мин.
2. Смесь полипропилена и пластомера по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что:
- плотность пластомера на основе этилена по ISO 1183D составляет 0,915 г/см3 или менее.
3. Смесь полипропилена и пластомера по п. 1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что значение ПТР(230/2,16) для смеси полипропилена и пластомера по ISO 1133 составляет 15 г/10 мин или менее.
4. Пленка из смеси полипропилена и пластомера по любому предшествующему пункту, отличающаяся тем, что пленка содержит смесь 80-93% масс. пропиленового полимера и 7-20% масс. пластомера на основе этилена.
5. Пленка по п. 4, отличающаяся тем, что:
- пленка получена путем формования с раздувом или литья пленки, и
- температура начала сваривания (SIT) пленки, полученной экструзией с раздувом, или литой пленки составляет максимум 140°С.
6. Контейнер, например, пакет или мешок, содержащий смесь полипропилена и пластомера по п. 1 или 2.
7. Способ получения пленок, имеющих пониженную температуру начала сваривания (SIT), включающий стадии:
а) обеспечения смеси полипропилена и пластомера путем смешивания 80-93% масс. пропиленового полимера и 7-20% масс. пластомера на основе этилена, в которой:
- полипропилен содержит по меньшей мере этилен в качестве сомономера, и
- значение ПТР190/2,16 для пластомера на основе этилена составляет по меньшей мере 0,5 г/10 мин,
б) формования пленки из смеси полипропилена и пластомера, полученной на стадии (а).
8. Способ получения контейнеров, содержащих пленку по п. 4 или 5 с пониженной температурой начала сваривания (SIT), включающий стадии:
а) обеспечения смеси полипропилена и пластомера путем смешивания 80-93% масс. пропиленового полимера и 7-20% масс. пластомера на основе этилена, в которой:
- полипропилен содержит по меньшей мере этилен в качестве сомономера, и
- значение ПТР190/2,16 пластомера на основе этилена составляет по меньшей мере 0,5 г/10 мин,
б) формования пленки из смеси полипропилена и пластомера, полученной на стадии (а),
в) преобразования пленки, полученной на стадии (б), на горизонтальной или вертикальной линии формовки-наполнения-запечатывания (линия FFS) в заполненный контейнер.
9. Применение пластомеров на основе этилена, плотность которых составляет менее 0,915 г/см3 и значение ПТР190/2,16 по меньшей мере 0,5 г/10 мин, для уменьшения температуры начала сваривания (SIT) пленок, содержащих полипропилен.
