Claims (6)
1. Композиция на основе одного из следующих полимеров: поли(эфирэфиркетон) (ПЭЭК), поли(эфиркетон) (ПЭК) или поли(эфиркетонэфиркетонкетон) (ПЭКЭКК), и содержащая поли(эфиркетонкетон) (ПЭКК), отличающаяся тем, что поли(эфиркетонкетон) (ПЭКК) содержит смесь терефталевых и изофталевых звеньев, причем массовый процент терефталевых звеньев по отношению к сумме терефталевых и изофталевых звеньев составляет от 55 до 85%, включая граничные значения, и предпочтительно от 55 до 70%, и указанная композиция содержит от 1 до 40%, включая граничные значения, предпочтительно от 5 до 40% и еще более предпочтительно от 10 до 30% масс. ПЭКК по отношению к общей массе композиции.
2. Композиция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что ПЭКК представляет собой смесь ПЭКК, причем каждый ПЭКК имеет массовый процент терефталевых звеньев по отношению к сумме терефталевых и изофталевых звеньев от 55 до 85%, включая граничные значения, и предпочтительно от 55 до 70%.
3. Композиция по пп. 1 и 2, отличающаяся тем, что она содержит, по меньшей мере, один наполнитель и/или, по меньшей мере, одну добавку.
4. Композиция по любому из пп. 1, 2 и 3, отличающаяся тем, что массовая доля ПЭЭК в композиции составляет от 60 до 99%, включая граничные значения, предпочтительно от 60 до 95% и еще более предпочтительно от 70 до 90% по отношению к общей массе композиции.
5. Способ улучшения предела текучести и/или относительного удлинения при разрыве композиции на основе одного из следующих полимеров: поли(эфирэфиркетон) (ПЭЭК), поли(эфиркетон) (ПЭК) или поли(эфиркетонэфиркетонкетон) (ПЭКЭКК), и указанный способ включает введение ПЭКК в указанную композицию, при этом указанный способ отличается тем, что ПЭКК содержит смесь терефталевых и изофталевых звеньев, причем массовый процент терефталевых звеньев по отношению к сумме терефталевых и изофталевых звеньев составляет от 55 до 85%, включая граничные значения, и предпочтительно от 55 до 70%, и что указанный ПЭКК вводят в композицию в долях от 1 до 40%, включая граничные значения, предпочтительно от 5 до 40% и еще более предпочтительно от 10 до 30 мас.% по отношению к общей массе композиции.
6. Объект, изготовленный из композиции по одному из пп. 1-4, с помощью способа, выбираемого из лазерного спекания, формования, литьевого формования или экструзии.
