Abstract
Un compuesto biodegradable que incluye: (a)una matriz polimérica que tiene un polímero biodegradable; (B) un relleno; y (c) un compatibilizador injertado con anhídrido. El material compuesto también puede incluir (d) aditivos poliméricos tales como extensores de cadena poliméricos o plastificantes. Un método in situ para fabricar el material compuesto biodegradable de la presente invención, que incluye las etapas de: (a) fundir uno o más polímeros biodegradables en presencia de un monómero funcional y un iniciador de radicales libres para formar una mezcla; y (b) añadir una carga y aditivos de polímeros a la mezcla fabricando de este modo el compuesto biodegradable. Un método de fabricación de un polímero biodegradable que incluye (a) sintetizar un compatibilizador mediante (i) fusión mezcla de un iniciador de radicales libres y un monómero funcional, (ii) fusión de uno o más polímeros biodegradables para formar un fundido y (iii) combinación del producto de la etapa (i) y la fusión de la etapa (ii) sintet6izando de este modo el compatibilizador; y (b) mezclar el compatibilizador de la etapa (a) con una matriz de uno o más polímeros biodegradables y una carga y aditivos de polímero, fabricando de este modo el compuesto biodegradable o compostable.
