Description
したがって、本発明の目的は、少なくとも一の先行技術の欠点を克服することである。特に、本発明の目的は、少なくとも一つの特性が改善されたPEEKベースの組成物と、追加のアニーリング後の段階を省略することを可能にできるように内部応力において著しい低下を示すような組成物からの部品の調製を可能にするような、変形しておらず且つ強化された機械的特性を示す、PEEKベースの組成物の少なくとも一の特性を改善するための方法とを提供することである。
− PEEKはPEK又はPEKEKKで置換され得、
− PEKKはPEKKブレンドであり得、各PEKKがテレフタル酸単位とイソフタル酸単位との合計に対して55から85%の間(境界値を含む)、好ましくは55から70%の間の重量パーセントのテレフタル酸単位を示し、
− 組成物が少なくとも一の充填剤及び/又は少なくとも一の添加剤を追加で含み、
− 組成物中のPEEKの重量割合が、組成物の総重量に対して60から99%(境界値を含む)、好ましくは60から95%の間、より好ましくは70から90%の間である。

− 図2は、時間に対する四つのPEEKベース組成物の結晶化度
を表す。
配合は、融解によりプラスチック及び/又は添加剤及び/又は充填剤をブレンドすることを可能にする方法である。
上の表IでCCと参照されるPEEKのコントロール試料上及び上の表IでC1からC6と参照される組成物の六つの試料の結晶化の研究を実施した。
実施例1により生じる異なる試料CC及びC1からC6上、非等温条件下のDSCに関するプロトコールは、第一の工程において、温度を20℃に安定させることにある。温度は、続いて、一分当たり20℃の勾配で400℃まで次第に上昇し、次いで再び一分当たり20℃の勾配で低下する。
コントロール組成物CCの試料並びにそれぞれ10%、20%及び30%の重量%のPEKKを含むC1、C2及びC3の試料に関して、等温条件下のDSCを実行した。等温DSCのプロトコールは、以下の三つの段階を含む:第一の段階は、第一の工程において、温度を20℃に安定させることにあり、続いて第二の段階は、温度を一分当たり20℃の勾配で400℃まで次第に上昇させることにある。そして、温度を、一分当たり20℃の勾配で、400℃から315℃まで低下させ、次いで、一時間かけて温度を315℃に安定させる。
降伏点応力の測定及び破断点伸びの測定を実施できるように、試料の試験片を第一の工程で産生した。これに関し、射出成形機を使用する。本実施例において、使用される射出成形機はBattenfeld 80T成形機である。成形機のフィード温度を350℃に調節し、射出ノズルの温度を390℃に調節し、且つ型の温度を230℃に設定する。
表IVより、いくつかの結果を破断点伸びに関して定式化し得る。加えて、特許請求の範囲外の組成物である50%組成物(C5a)は、PEEKと有利に混合されるPEKKの最大値は40%であり、それ以上ではないことを示す。
Claims (4)
- a)ポリ(エーテルエーテルケトン)(PEEK)、ポリ(エーテルケトン)(PEK)又はポリ(エーテルケトンエーテルケトンケトン)(PEKEKK)から選択されるポリマー、及びb)ポリ(エーテルケトンケトン)(PEKK)を含む組成物であって、ポリ(エーテルケトンケトン)(PEKK)がテレフタル酸単位とイソフタル酸単位の混合物を含み、テレフタル酸単位の重量%が、テレフタル酸単位とイソフタル酸単位との合計に対して55から60%の間(境界値を含む)であることを特徴とし、組成物の総重量に対して1から40%の間(境界値を含む)の重量%のPEKKを含み、組成物中のPEEKの重量割合が、組成物の総重量に対して60から99%の間(境界値を含む)であることを特徴とする、組成物。
- 組成物が複数のPEKKからなるブレンドを含むことを特徴とし、各PEKKが、テレフタル酸単位とイソフタル酸単位との合計に対して55から60%の間(境界値を含む)の重量%のテレフタル酸単位を示す、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 少なくとも一の添加剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の組成物。
- ポリ(エーテルエーテルケトン)(PEEK)、ポリ(エーテルケトン)(PEK)又はポリ(エーテルケトンエーテルケトンケトン)(PEKEKK)から選択されるポリマーを含む組成物の降伏点及び/又は破断点伸びを改善するための方法であって、前記組成物中にポリ(エーテルケトンケトン)(PEKK)を混合することから成る方法であり、PEKKがテレフタル酸単位とイソフタル酸単位の混合物を含み、テレフタル酸単位の重量%が、テレフタル酸単位とイソフタル酸単位との合計に対して55から60%の間(境界値を含む)であることと、PEKKが組成物の総重量に対して1から40%の間の重量%(境界値を含む)の割合で組成物中に混合され、組成物中のPEEKの重量割合が、組成物の総重量に対して60から99%の間(境界値を含む)であることとを特徴とする方法。
