Claims (31)

1. Электрофизиологический катетер, приспособленный для использования в устье, содержащий:
баллон, имеющий мембрану, причем баллон имеет дистальный конец и проксимальный конец, образующие продольную ось; и
контактный электрод, поддерживаемый на мембране, причем контактный электрод выполнен с возможностью контакта с устьем, при этом контактный электрод имеет конфигурацию «рыбья кость» с продольно удлиненным участком и множеством поперечных пальцев.
2. Электрофизиологический катетер по п. 1, в котором по меньшей мере два из поперечных пальцев имеют разные длины.
3. Электрофизиологический катетер по п. 1, в котором контактный электрод имеет более длинные пальцы и более короткие пальцы, причем более длинные пальцы расположены рядом с экваториальной областью баллона.
4. Электрофизиологический катетер по п. 1, в котором указанное множество пальцев включает дистальный палец, проксимальный палец и промежуточные пальцы, причем каждый из промежуточных пальцев имеет смежный более короткий палец.
5. Электрофизиологический катетер по п. 1, в котором ширина удлиненного участка больше ширины каждого пальца.
6. Электрофизиологический катетер по п. 1, в котором указанное множество пальцев по существу равномерно распределено вдоль удлиненного участка.
7. Электрофизиологический катетер по п. 1, в котором пальцы в указанном множестве пальцев имеют по существу равномерную ширину.
8. Электрофизиологический катетер по п. 1, в котором контактный электрод содержит золото.
9. Электрофизиологический катетер по п. 8, в котором контактный электрод содержит затравочный слой под золотом.
10. Электрофизиологический катетер по п. 1, дополнительно содержащий множество контактных электродов, по существу равномерно радиально распределенных на мембране баллона.
11. Электрофизиологический катетер, содержащий:
баллон с мембраной; и
электродный узел с гибкой схемой, находящийся на мембране и имеющий:
подложку, имеющую первую поверхность и вторую поверхность;
контактный электрод на первой поверхности;
проводной электрод на второй поверхности; и
проводящую перемычку, проходящую через подложку и выполненную с возможностью электропроводного соединения контактного электрода и проводного электрода.
12. Электрофизиологический катетер по п. 11, в котором подложка включает первое отверстие для орошения и мембрана включает второе отверстие для орошения, совмещенное с первым отверстием для орошения.
13. Электрофизиологический катетер по п. 12, в котором контактный электрод включает изолирующую область, окружающую первое отверстие для орошения.
14. Электрофизиологический катетер по п. 12, в котором проводной электрод включает изолирующую область, окружающую первое отверстие для орошения.
15. Электрофизиологический катетер по п. 11, в котором контактный электрод имеет удлиненный участок и множество поперечных пальцев.
16. Электрофизиологический катетер по п. 15, в котором проводной электрод имеет удлиненный корпус, продольно совмещенный с удлиненным участком.
17. Электрофизиологический катетер по п. 11, в котором проводной электрод включает контактную площадку.
18. Электрофизиологический катетер по п. 17, в котором электродный узел с гибкой схемой включает пару проводов, электропроводно соединенных с контактной площадкой.
19. Электрофизиологический катетер по п. 11, в котором электрод с гибкой схемой включает:
контактный микроэлектрод;
проводной микроэлектрод; и
проводящую перемычку, выполненную с возможностью электропроводного соединения контактного микроэлектрода и проводного электрода.
20. Электрофизиологический катетер по п. 19, в котором электрод с гибкой схемой включает по меньшей мере одну изолирующую область, выполненную с возможностью физической и электрической изоляции микроэлектродов от контактного электрода и проводного электрода.
