Claims (42)

1. Способ изготовления электродного узла с гибкой схемой для использования при сборке электрофизиологического баллонного катетера, приспособленного для использования в устье, включающий этапы, на которых:
обеспечивают гибкую схему, имеющую подложку, первый электропроводный слой и второй электропроводный слой;
снимают первый электропроводный слой для того, чтобы сделать открытой первую поверхность подложки;
формируют проводной электрод во втором электропроводном слое с одной изолирующей областью;
формируют первое сквозное отверстие в подложке для обеспечения одной электропроводной перемычки и формируют второе сквозное отверстие для обеспечения отверстия для орошения, совмещенного с изолирующей областью;
формируют контактный электрод на первой поверхности подложки,
причем по меньшей мере один этап из формирования проводного электрода и формирования контактного электрода включает введение электропроводного материала в первое сквозное отверстие с образованием электропроводной перемычки, проходящей через подложку и электрически соединенной с проводным электродом и контактным электродом.
2. Способ по п. 1, дополнительно включающий этап нанесения дополнительного электропроводного слоя на открытые электропроводные поверхности после формирования первого и второго сквозных отверстий в подложке.
3. Способ по п. 1, дополнительно включающий этап нанесения дополнительного электропроводного слоя на открытые электропроводные поверхности на подложке, проводном электроде и контактном электроде после формирования контактного электрода.
4. Способ по п. 1, дополнительно включающий этап электропроводного соединения первой и второй электропроводных дорожек из различных металлов с проводным электродом.
5. Способ выполнения по п. 1, в котором этап формирования контактного электрода включает нанесение затравочного слоя и нанесение второго дополнительного электропроводного слоя на первую поверхность подложки.
6. Способ по п. 5, в котором нанесение затравочного слоя и нанесение второго дополнительного электропроводного слоя включает нанесение затравочного слоя и второго дополнительного электропроводного слоя в по меньшей мере области в пределах контура периметра контактного электрода.
7. Способ по п. 5, дополнительно включающий этапы, на которых:
наносят фоторезист на первую поверхность подложки, на область за пределами контура периметра контактного электрода;
наносят затравочный слой на первую поверхность подложки, на по меньшей мере область внутри контура периметра контактного электрода;
наносят второй дополнительный электропроводный слой на первую поверхность подложки, на по меньшей мере область внутри контура периметра контактного электрода; и
снимают фоторезист с первой поверхности подложки.
8. Способ по п. 1, в котором контактный электрод имеет конфигурацию «рыбья кость» с удлиненным участком и множеством поперечных пальцев.
9. Способ по п. 1, в котором контактный электрод и проводной электрод включают золото.
10. Способ изготовления электрофизиологического катетера, приспособленного для использования в устье, причем катетер имеет баллон, имеющий мембрану и электродный узел с гибкой схемой, при этом способ включает этапы, на которых:
обеспечивают гибкую схему, имеющую подложку, первый электропроводный слой и второй электропроводный слой;
снимают первый электропроводный слой для того, чтобы сделать открытой первую поверхность подложки;
формируют проводной электрод во втором электропроводном слое с одной изолирующей областью;
формируют первое сквозное отверстие в подложке для обеспечения одной электропроводной перемычки и формируют второе сквозное отверстие для обеспечения отверстия для орошения, совмещенного с изолирующей областью;
формируют контактный электрод на первой поверхности подложки;
помещают электропроводный материал в первое сквозное отверстие с образованием электропроводной перемычки, проходящей через подложку и электрически соединенной с проводным электродом и контактным электродом;
соединяют первый проводник и второй проводник с проводным электродом с образованием термопары;
прикрепляют гибкую схему к мембране с проводным электродом между подложкой и мембраной.
11. Способ по п. 10, дополнительно включающий этап нанесения первого дополнительного электропроводного слоя на открытые электропроводные поверхности после формирования первого и второго сквозных отверстий в подложке.
12. Способ по п. 11, дополнительно включающий этап нанесения второго дополнительного проводящего слоя на открытые электропроводные поверхности на подложке, проводном электроде и контактном электроде после формирования контактного электрода.
13. Способ по п. 10, дополнительно включающий этап пропускания первого и второго проводников термопары во внутреннее пространство баллона через сквозное отверстие, образованное в мембране.
14. Способ по п. 10, дополнительно включающий этап помещения первого и второго проводников термопары между хвостом гибкой схемы и мембраной.
15. Способ по п. 10, в котором этап формирования проводного электрода включает формирование активной контактной площадки.
16. Способ по п. 10, в котором этап формирования проводного электрода включает формирование неактивной контактной площадки.
17. Способ по п. 10, в котором этап формирования контактного электрода включает нанесение затравочного слоя и нанесение второго дополнительного электропроводного слоя на первую поверхность подложки.
18. Способ по п. 17, в котором нанесение затравочного слоя и нанесение второго дополнительного проводящего слоя включает нанесение затравочного слоя и второго дополнительного проводящего слоя в по меньшей мере области в пределах контура периметра контактного электрода.
19. Способ по п. 10, дополнительно включающий этапы, на которых:
наносят фоторезист на первую поверхность подложки, на область за пределами контура периметра контактного электрода;
наносят затравочный слой на первую поверхность подложки, на по меньшей мере область внутри контура периметра контактного электрода;
наносят второй дополнительный электропроводный слоя на первую поверхность подложки, на по меньшей мере область внутри контура периметра контактного электрода; и
снимают фоторезист с первой поверхности подложки.
20. Способ по п. 10, в котором контактный электрод имеет конфигурацию «рыбья кость» с удлиненным участком и множеством поперечных пальцев.
