Claims (13)

1. Термопластичное порошкообразное средство, содержащее от 0,02 до 0,5% масс., в пересчете на общее количество средства, средства для улучшения текучести, и порошкообразный термопластичный полиуретан, причем по меньшей мере 90% масс. указанного средства имеет диаметр частиц меньше 0,25 мм,
причем термопластичный полиуретан является получаемым из реакции компонентов
a) по меньшей мере одного органического диизоцианата,
b) по меньшей мере одного соединения, имеющего группы, реакционноспособные по отношению к изоцианатным группам, со среднечисленной молекулярной массой (Mn) от 500 г/моль до 6000 г/моль и среднечисленной функциональностью совокупности компонентов под пунктом b) от 1,8 до 2,5,
c) по меньшей мере одного агента удлинения цепи со среднечисленной молекулярной массой (Mn) 60-450 г/моль и среднечисленной функциональностью совокупности агентов удлинения цепи под пунктом с) от 1,8 до 2,5,
в присутствии
d) при необходимости катализаторов,
e) при необходимости вспомогательных и/или добавочных средств,
f) при необходимости одного или нескольких агентов обрыва цепи,
отличающееся тем, что термопластичный полиуретан имеет диапазон плавления (ДСК, дифференциальная сканирующая калориметрия; 2-е нагревание со скоростью нагрева 5 К/мин) от 20°С до 170°С и обладает твердостью по Шору, шкале А, согласно стандарту DIN ISO 7619-1, от 50 до 95, а при температуре Т имеет объемную скорость течения расплава (англ. melt volume rate (MVR)) согласно стандарту ISO 1133 от 5 до 15 см3/10 мин и изменение MVR при повышении указанной температуры Т на 20°С, составляющее меньше 90 см3/10 мин,
для изготовления предметов в аддитивных способах изготовления на основе порошков.
2. Применение средств по п. 1 в аддитивных способах изготовления на основе порошков для изготовления термопластичных предметов.
3. Термопластичные предметы, изготовленные с помощью аддитивных способов изготовления на основе порошков из средств по п. 1.
