Claims (24)
1. Способ горячего запечатывания нескольких слоев слоистого материала в области (70) запечатывания, причем слоистый материал включает в себя несущий слой из электрически непроводящего материала и запечатывающий слой из термопластического материала по меньшей мере на одной поверхности слоистого материала, и причем в области (70) запечатывания запечатывающие слои нескольких слоев слоистого материала обращены друг к другу, содержащий шаги:
- сжимание слоев слоистого материала в области (70) запечатывания,
- создание высокочастотного электрического переменного поля в области (70) запечатывания сжатых слоев слоистого материала таким образом, что запечатывающие слои нагреваются вплоть до расплавленно-жидкого состояния,
отличающийся тем, что
- электрическое переменное поле в первой частичной области (71) области (70) запечатывания создают с первой мощностью, а по меньшей мере в одной второй частичной области (72) области (70) запечатывания - с отличающейся от первой мощности второй мощностью таким образом, что в частичных областях (71, 72) области (70) запечатывания возникает различное распределение тепла.
2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что в первой и в каждой второй частичной области (71, 72) горячему запечатыванию подвергают различное число слоев слоистого материала.
3. Способ по п. 2, отличающийся тем, что мощность для создания электрического переменного поля в каждой частичной области (71, 72) задают в зависимости от числа и/или от толщины слоев, которые подвергают горячему запечатыванию в частичной области.
4. Способ по п. 2 или 3, отличающийся тем, что мощность для создания электрического переменного поля в каждой частичной области (71, 72) задают в зависимости от регистрируемой в каждой частичной области во время горячего запечатывания температуры.
5. Способ по одному из пп. 1-4, отличающийся тем, что силу для сжимания слоев слоистого материала во время горячего запечатывания поддерживают постоянной.
6. Способ по одному из пп. 1-5, отличающийся тем, что слои слоистого материала в каждой частичной области (71, 72) области (70) запечатывания сжимают с согласованным давлением прижима.
7. Способ по одному из пп. 1-5, отличающийся тем, что высокочастотное электрическое переменное поле создают в диапазоне частот между 3 МГц и 300 МГц.
8. Устройство для горячего запечатывания нескольких слоев слоистого материала, который включает в себя несущий слой из электрически непроводящего материала и запечатывающий слой из термопластического материала по меньшей мере на одной поверхности слоистого материала, содержащее:
- первый запечатывающий элемент (20), который имеет по меньшей мере один первый электрод (24) и по меньшей мере один второй электрод (25),
- второй запечатывающий элемент (30), который имеет по меньшей мере один контрэлектрод (32),
- расположенную между электродами (24, 25) и по меньшей мере одним контрэлектродом (32) область (70) запечатывания для горячего запечатывания слоев слоистого материала,
- привод для создания относительного друг к другу перемещения запечатывающих элементов (20, 30), а также для создания прижимной силы на слоях слоистого материала в области (70) запечатывания,
- высокочастотное электропитание (60), которое выполнено таким образом, что величина прикладываемого к первому электроду (24) и по меньшей мере к одному контрэлектроду (32) напряжения отличается от величины прикладываемого ко второму электроду (25) и по меньшей мере к одному контрэлектроду (32) напряжения.
9. Устройство по п. 8, отличающееся тем, что высокочастотное электропитание (60) для выработки высокочастотного напряжения имеет высокочастотный генератор (61), который электропроводящим образом соединен с каждым контрэлектродом (32) и с каждым первым или с каждым вторым электродом (24, 25).
10. Устройство по п. 8 или 9, отличающееся тем, что высокочастотное электропитание (60) имеет емкостную связь (63) между каждым первым и каждым вторым электродом (24, 25).
11. Устройство по п. 8 или 9, отличающееся тем, что высокочастотное электропитание (60) имеет индуктивную связь (64) между каждым первым и каждым вторым электродом (24, 25).
12. Устройство по п. 8, отличающееся тем, что высокочастотное электропитание (60) для создания по меньшей мере двух отличающихся друг от друга по величине высокочастотных напряжений (U1, U2) имеет высокочастотный генератор (65), который электропроводящим образом соединен с каждым контрэлектродом (32) и с каждым первым и с каждым вторым электродом (24, 25).
13. Устройство по одному из пп. 8-12, отличающееся тем, что каждому электроду (24, 25) противолежит отдельный контрэлектрод (35, 36).
14. Устройство по одному из пп. 8-13, отличающееся тем, что размещаемая для накладывания на слоистый материал частичная область (27) поверхности первого и/или второго электрода (24, 25) и/или контрэлектрода (контрэлектродов) (32, 35, 36) имеет негладкую поверхностную структуру.
15. Устройство по одному из пп. 8-14, отличающееся тем, что первый и/или второй запечатывающий элемент (20, 30) имеет зажимную балку (21), на которой расположено по меньшей мере одно крепление (22) из изолирующего материала для закрепления электродов (24, 25).
