Abstract
Un método, y un dispositivo (300) para llevarlo a cabo, para la fusión sin contacto de los extremos (41, 51) de filamentos termoplásticos agrupados entre sí para formar por lo menos dos penachos (40, 50) dispuestos a una distancia entre sí, que tiene las etapas de proporcionar una disposición de por lo menos dos penachos de filamentos termoplásticos, los cuales tienen extremos (41, 51) que están dispuestos a una distancia entre sí, suministrar una placa de calentamiento (100) fabricada, por lo menos parcialmente, de un material conductor, la cual está estructurada de tal manera que al menos dos sectores de calentamiento (110, 120, 130, 140) se formen y se separen entre sí mediante por lo menos un sector de separación dispuesto para emitir por lo menos menor radiación térmica que los sectores de calentamiento (110, 120, 130, 140); cada uno de los sectores de calentamiento (110, 120, 130, 140) tiene material conductor y cada uno de los sectores de calentamiento (110, 120, 130, 140) tiene una superficie de calentamiento de un lado de calentamiento (101) de la placa de calentamiento (100), la cual se corresponde en forma y posición a la forma y posición de los extremos (41, 51) de los penachos, exponer los extremos de los penachos (40, 50) a la placa de calentamiento de tal manera que los extremos de los penachos y los sectores de calentamiento estén alineados entre sí y generar un flujo de corriente eléctrica a través de los sectores de calentamiento (100) de tal manera que las superficies de calentamiento (111, 121, 131, 141) de los sectores de calentamiento emitan radiación térmica (90) que es absorbida por los extremos de los filamentos (41, 51), de tal manera que los extremos de los filamentos se fusionan y los filamentos de cada penacho (40, 50) se funden entre sí.
