Claims (15)
- 融着領域(70)においてラミネート部材の複数層を熱融着する方法であって、このラミネート部材は、ラミネート部材の少なくとも一つの表面に、非導電性材料から成る支持層と熱可塑性材料から成る融着層とを有し、この融着領域(70)では、ラミネート部材の複数層の融着層が互いに向き合い、
この融着領域(70)においてラミネート部材の層を互いに押し付ける工程と、
このラミネート部材の互いに押し付けられた層の融着領域(70)に高周波交番電界を生成させて、それにより、これらの融着層を溶融状態にまで加熱する工程と、
を有する方法において、
この交番電界が、融着領域(70)の第一の部分領域(71)において、第一の電力で生成され、融着領域(70)の少なくとも一つの第二の部分領域(72)において、第一の電力と異なる第二の電力で生成され、その結果、これらの融着領域(70)の部分領域(71,72)に渡って異なる熱分布を生じさせることを特徴とする方法。 - 当該の第一の部分領域(71)と各第二の部分領域(72)において、ラミネート部材の異なる数の層が熱融着されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 当該の各部分領域(71,72)において交番電界を生成させる電力が、それらの部分領域において熱融着される層の数及び/又は厚さに応じて決定されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 当該の各部分領域(71,72)において交番電界を生成させる電力が、熱融着中に各部分領域において検出される温度に応じて決定されることを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の方法。
- 当該の熱融着中にラミネート部材の層を互いに押し付ける力が一定に保持されることを特徴とする請求項1から4までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 当該の融着領域(70)の各部分領域(71,72)におけるラミネート部材の層が、同じ押圧力で互いに押し付けられることを特徴とする請求項1から5までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 当該の高周波交番電界が3MHz〜300MHzの周波数帯で生成されることを特徴とする請求項1から5までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- ラミネート部材の少なくとも一つの表面に非導電性材料から成る支持層と熱可塑性材料から成る融着層とを有するラミネート部材の複数層を熱融着する装置であって、
少なくとも一つの第一の電極(24)と少なくとも一つの第二の電極(25)を備えた第一の融着部品(20)と、
少なくとも一つの対電極(32)を備えた第二の融着部品(30)と、
これらの電極(24,25)とこの少なくとも一つの対電極(32)の間に配置された、ラミネート部材の層を熱融着するための融着領域(70)と、
これらの融着部品(20,30)の相対的な動きを引き起こすとともに、融着領域(70)においてラミネート部材の層に押圧力を加える駆動部と、
各第一の電極(24)とこの少なくとも一つの対電極(32)に印加される電圧の高さが、各第二の電極(25)とこの少なくとも一つの対電極(32)の間に印加される電圧の高さと異なるように装備された高周波電圧供給部(60)と、
を備えた装置。 - 当該の高周波電圧供給部(60)が、高周波電圧を発生する高周波発生器(61)を備え、この高周波発生器が、各対電極(32)と各第一の電極(24)又は各第二の電極(25)と通電接続されていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の装置。
- 当該の高周波電圧供給部(60)が、各第一の電極(24)と各第二の電極(25)の間に容量結合部(63)を備えることを特徴とする請求項8又は9に記載の装置。
- 当該の高周波電圧供給部(60)が、各第一の電極(24)と各第二の電極(25)の間に誘導結合部(64)を備えることを特徴とする請求項8又は9に記載の装置。
- 当該の高周波電圧供給部(60)が、高さが互いに異なる少なくとも二つの高周波電圧(U1,U2)を発生する高周波発生器(65)を備え、この高周波発生器が、各対電極(32)、各第一の電極(24)及び各第二の電極(25)と通電接続されていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の装置。
- 各電極(24,25)が別個の対電極(35,36)と対向していることを特徴とする請求項8から12までのいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 当該の第一の電極(24)、第二の電極(25)及び対電極(32,35,36)の中の一つ以上の表面の、ラミネート部材に当接可能な部分領域(27)が、滑らかでない表面構造部分を有することを特徴とする請求項8から13までのいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 当該の第一の融着部品(20)及び/又は第二の融着部品(30)が押圧用クロスバー(21)を備え、そのバーには、当該の電極(24,25)を固定するための絶縁材料から成る少なくとも一つの保持部(22)が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項8から14までのいずれか一つに記載の装置。
