Claims (40)

1. Впитывающее изделие, содержащее:
проницаемый для жидкости слой;
в целом непроницаемый для жидкости слой, который содержит пленку толщиной приблизительно 50 микрометров или меньше, где пленка содержит слой, который образован из полимерной композиции, при этом полимерная композиция содержит этиленовый полимер, наноглину, содержащую органическое средство для обработки поверхности, и полиолефиновое средство улучшения совместимости, которое содержит олефиновый компонент и полярный компонент; и
впитывающую сердцевину, расположенную между проницаемым для жидкости слоем и в целом непроницаемым для жидкости слоем.
2. Впитывающее изделие по п. 1, где этиленовый полимер представляет собой сополимер этилена и α-олефина.
3. Впитывающее изделие по п. 2, где этиленовый полимер представляет собой линейный полиэтилен низкой плотности, полиэтилен низкой плотности или их комбинацию.
4. Впитывающее изделие по п. 1, где наноглина включает филлосиликат.
5. Впитывающее изделие по п. 4, где филлосиликат включает монтмориллонит или его соль.
6. Впитывающее изделие по п. 1, где наноглина включает пластинки со средней толщиной от приблизительно 0,2 до приблизительно 100 нанометров.
7. Впитывающее изделие по п. 1, где органическое средство для обработки поверхности включает четвертичный оний.
8. Впитывающее изделие по п. 1, где полярный компонент средства улучшения совместимости включает малеиновый ангидрид.
9. Впитывающее изделие по п. 1, где наноглина составляет от приблизительно 0,5 вес. % до приблизительно 20 вес. % полимерной композиции.
10. Впитывающее изделие по п. 1, где этиленовый полимер составляет от
приблизительно 75 вес. % до приблизительно 99 вес. % полимерной композиции, а средство улучшения совместимости составляет от приблизительно 0,1 вес. % до приблизительно 10 вес. % композиции.
11. Впитывающее изделие по п. 1, где пленка характеризуется максимальным удлинением в продольном направлении приблизительно 400% или больше и предельной прочностью на разрыв в продольном направлении от приблизительно 20 до приблизительно 150 мегапаскаль.
12. Впитывающее изделие по п. 1, где пленка характеризуется максимальным удлинением в поперечном направлении приблизительно 750% или больше и предельной прочностью на разрыв в поперечном направлении от приблизительно 20 до приблизительно 150 мегапаскаль.
13. Впитывающее изделие по п. 1, где пленка характеризуется модулем Юнга в продольном направлении и/или поперечном направлении от приблизительно 50 до приблизительно 500 мегапаскаль.
14. Впитывающее изделие по п. 1, где в целом непроницаемый для жидкости слой представляет собой тыльный слой впитывающего изделия.
15. Впитывающее изделие по п. 13, где тыльный слой дополнительно содержит нетканое полотно, наслоенное на пленку.
16. Впитывающее изделие по п. 1, где впитывающее изделие характеризуется нормализованным уровнем шума приблизительно 1,55 или меньше, определенным при частоте 2000 Гц, при этом нормализованный уровень шума определен посредством деления уровня шума впитывающего изделия на уровень шума условий окружающей среды.
17. Пленка толщиной приблизительно 50 микрометров или меньше, где пленка содержит слой, который образован из полимерной композиции, при этом полимерная композиция содержит от приблизительно 75 вес. % до приблизительно 99 вес. % сополимера α-олефина/этилена, от приблизительно 0,5 вес. % до приблизительно 20 вес. % наноглины, содержащей органическое средство для обработки поверхности, и от приблизительно 0,1 вес. % до приблизительно 10 вес. % полиолефинового средства улучшения совместимости, которое содержит олефиновый компонент и
полярный компонент, причем пленка характеризуется максимальным удлинением приблизительно 450% или больше в продольном направлении и предельной прочностью на разрыв от приблизительно 20 до приблизительно 150 МПа в продольном направлении.
18. Пленка по п. 17, где наноглина включает монтмориллонит или его соль.
19. Пленка по п. 17, где наноглина включает пластинки со средней толщиной от приблизительно 0,2 до приблизительно 100 нанометров.
20. Пленка по п. 17, где органическое средство для обработки поверхности включает четвертичный оний.
21. Пленка по п. 17, где этилен-ненасыщенный мономер на основе карбоновой кислоты включает малеиновый ангидрид.
22. Пленка по п. 17, где пленка является многослойной и содержит базовый слой и/или поверхностный слой, образованный из полимерной композиции.
23. Пленка по п. 17, где пленка характеризуется модулем Юнга в продольном направлении и/или поперечном направлении от приблизительно 50 до приблизительно 500 мегапаскаль.
24. Пленка по п. 17, где пленка характеризуется нормализованным уровнем шума приблизительно 2,5 или меньше, определенным при частоте 4000 Гц, при этом нормализованный уровень шума определен посредством деления уровня шума пленки на уровень шума условий окружающей среды.
25. Пленка по п. 17, где пленка характеризуется скоростью пропускания кислорода приблизительно 350 см3/кв. дюйм*24-часа или меньше.
26. Способ получения пленки по п. 17, причем способ включает:
получение маточной смеси путем смешивания этиленового полимера, наноглины и средства улучшения совместимости;
формование из расплава маточной смеси с получением полимерной композиции и
нанесение полимерной композиции на поверхность с образованием пленки.
27. Способ по п. 25, где маточную смесь получают в двухшнековом экструдере.
28. Способ по п. 25, где маточную смесь подвергают формованию из расплава в одношнековом экструдере.
29. Способ получения пленки по п. 17, причем способ включает:
формование из расплава этиленового полимера, наноглины и средства улучшения совместимости с образованием полимерной композиции и
нанесение полимерной композиции на поверхность с образованием пленки.
30. Способ по п. 29, где наноглина находится в форме порошка.
