Claims (15)
1. Биоразлагаемая и пригодная для смывания в унитаз пленка, толщина которой составляет приблизительно 50 микрометров или менее, включающая:
диспергируемый в воде внутренний слой, который включает водорастворимый полимер; и
водонепроницаемый наружный слой, прилегающий к диспергируемому в воде внутреннему слою, причем диспергируемый в воде внутренний слой составляет от приблизительно 50 мас.% до приблизительно 99 мас.% пленки, и водонепроницаемый наружный слой составляет от приблизительно 1 мас.% до приблизительно 50 мас.% пленки; при этом биоразлагаемые полимеры составляют приблизительно от 80 мас.% до 100 мас.% содержания полимера в водонепроницаемом наружном слое, и от приблизительно 10 мас.% до приблизительно 90 мас.% от массы биоразлагаемых полимеров составляет полиалкиленкарбонат, и от приблизительно 10 мас.% до приблизительно 90 мас.% от массы биоразлагаемых полимеров составляют биоразлагаемые сложные полиэфиры.
2. Пленка по п. 1, в которой биоразлагаемые полимеры, содержащиеся в водонепроницаемом наружном слое, содержат приблизительно 60 мас.% или менее полиалкиленкарбоната, причем полиалкиленкарбонат образует домены, диспергированные в непрерывной фазе, образованной биоразлагаемым сложным полиэфиром.
3. Пленка по п. 1, в которой биоразлагаемые полимеры, содержащиеся в водонепроницаемом наружном слое, содержат приблизительно 65 мас.% или более полиалкиленкарбоната, причем полиалкиленкарбонат образует непрерывную фазу, в которой диспергированы домены биоразлагаемого сложного полиэфира.
4. Пленка по п. 1, в которой полиалкиленкарбонат включает полипропиленкарбонат или полиэтиленкарбонат.
5. Пленка п. 1, в которой полиалкиленкарбонат представляет собой гомополимер.
6. Пленка п. 1, в которой водонепроницаемый наружный слой дополнительно включает агент, повышающий совместимость, который содержит компонент, совместимый с полиалкиленкарбонатом, и другой компонент, совместимый со сложным полиэфиром, и при этом агент, повышающий совместимость, включает привитой сополимер.
7. Пленка по п. 1, в которой водонепроницаемый наружный слой не содержит агента, повышающего совместимость, и/или не содержит пластификатора.
8. Пленка по п. 1, в которой биоразлагаемые сложные полиэфиры включают алифатический сложный полиэфир, сополимер алифатического и ароматического сложного эфира или их комбинацию.
9. Пленка по п. 1, в которой водорастворимый полимер включает полимер на основе винилового спирта.
10. Пленка по п. 1, в которой диспергируемый в воде слой дополнительно включает биоразлагаемый полимер.
11. Пленка по п. 10, в которой диспергируемый в воде слой содержит полимер на основе химически модифицированного крахмала и биоразлагаемый сложный полиэфир, и при этом полимеры на основе химически модифицированного крахмала составляют от приблизительно 30 мас.% до приблизительно 70 мас.% от содержания полимера в диспергируемом в воде слое, а биоразлагаемые сложные полиэфиры составляют от приблизительно 10 мас.% до приблизительно 40 мас.% от содержания полимера в диспергируемом в воде слое.
12. Пленка по п. 1, в которой диспергируемый в воде слой включает полимер на основе винилового спирта, пластификатор и неорганический наполнитель, причем наполнители составляют от приблизительно 1 мас.% до приблизительно 30 мас.% от массы диспергируемого в воде слоя.
13. Упаковочная пленка, включающая пленку по п. 1, причем упаковочная пленка образует оберточный материал, пакет или мешок.
14. Способ получения биоразлагаемой и пригодной для смывания в унитаз пленки, толщина которой составляет приблизительно 50 микрометров или менее, включающий:
совместную экструзию диспергируемого в воде внутреннего слоя и водонепроницаемого наружного слоя с образованием пленки, причем диспергируемый в воде внутренний слой включает водорастворимый полимер, и биоразлагаемые полимеры составляют приблизительно от 80 мас.% до 100 мас.% от содержания полимера в водонепроницаемом наружном слое; при этом от приблизительно 10 мас.% до приблизительно 90 мас.% от массы биоразлагаемых полимеров составляет полиалкиленкарбонат, и от приблизительно 10 мас.% до приблизительно 90 мас.% от массы биоразлагаемых полимеров составляют биоразлагаемые сложные полиэфиры.
15. Абсорбирующее изделие, которое включает:
проницаемый для жидкости верхний лист;
по существу непроницаемый для жидкости нижний лист; и
абсорбирующую внутреннюю часть, расположенную между нижним листом и верхним листом;
при этом нижний лист содержит биоразлагаемую и пригодную для смывания в унитаз пленку, включающую диспергируемый в воде внутренний слой, прилегающий к водонепроницаемому наружному слою, причем диспергируемый в воде внутренний слой включает водорастворимый полимер, и биоразлагаемые полимеры составляют приблизительно от 80 мас.% до 100 мас.% от содержания полимера в водонепроницаемом наружном слое; при этом от приблизительно 10% масс, до приблизительно 90 мас.% от массы биоразлагаемых полимеров составляет полиалкиленкарбонат, и от приблизительно 10 мас.% до приблизительно 90 мас.% от массы биоразлагаемых полимеров составляют биоразлагаемые сложные полиэфиры.
