Claims (28)

1. Гибридное транспортное средство, содержащее:
двигатель внутреннего сгорания и мотор в качестве источника приведения в действие;
трансмиссию, которая изменяет скорость вращения двигателя внутреннего сгорания или мотора и передает вращение ведущим колесам транспортного средства;
высоковольтный аккумулятор, который подает энергию к мотору через инвертор;
механизм охлаждения, оснащенный насосом, чтобы осуществлять циркуляцию охлаждающей жидкости и, тем самым охлаждать инвертор;
устройство измерения температуры охлаждающей жидкости, которое определяет или оценивает температуру охлаждающей жидкости; и
низковольтный аккумулятор, который подает энергию к насосу,
в котором, в условиях запуска с высокой температурой охлаждающей жидкости, когда температура охлаждающей жидкости выше или равна предварительно определенному значению температуры при включении транспортного средства посредством действия ключа водителя, насос запускается перед подачей энергии от высоковольтного аккумулятора к инвертору.
2. Гибридное транспортное средство по п. 1, в котором в условиях запуска с высокой температурой охлаждающей жидкости, насос приводится в действие в течение предварительно определенного периода времени перед подачей энергии от высоковольтного аккумулятора к инвертору.
3. Гибридное транспортное средство по п. 2, в котором предварительно определенное время задается так, что охлаждающая жидкость в радиаторе механизма охлаждения достигает, по меньшей мере, инвертора перед запуском насоса.
4. Гибридное транспортное средство по любому из пп. 1-3,
в котором мотор размещается в том же корпусе, что и трансмиссия;
при этом механизм охлаждения имеет радиатор, чтобы охлаждать охлаждающую жидкость;
при этом мотор располагается ниже по потоку от радиатора; и
при этом инвертор располагается ниже по потоку от мотора.
5. Гибридное транспортное средство по любому из пп. 1-4, дополнительно содержащее преобразователь, через который энергия подается от высоковольтного аккумулятора насосу,
при этом, в случае, когда существует отказ в устройстве измерения температуры охлаждающей жидкости, не допускается запуск насоса до подачи энергии от высоковольтного аккумулятора к преобразователю.
6. Гибридное транспортное средство по любому из пп. 1-5, дополнительно содержащее преобразователь, через который энергия подается от высоковольтного аккумулятора насосу,
при этом, в случае, когда напряжение низковольтного аккумулятора ниже или равно предварительно определенному уровню напряжения, не допускается запуск насоса до подачи энергии от высоковольтного аккумулятора к преобразователю даже в условиях запуска с высокой температурой охлаждающей жидкости.
7. Гибридное транспортное средство по любому из пп.1-6, дополнительно содержащее:
преобразователь, через который энергия подается от высоковольтного аккумулятора к насосу; и
стартерный мотор, снабжаемый энергией от низковольтного аккумулятора, чтобы вызывать запуск двигателя внутреннего сгорания,
при этом, во время приведения в действие стартерного мотора, не допускается запуск насоса до подачи энергии от высоковольтного аккумулятора к преобразователю даже в условиях запуска с высокой температурой охлаждающей жидкости.
8. Гибридное транспортное средство по любому из пп. 1-7, дополнительно содержащее датчик температуры масла, который определяет температуру гидравлической жидкости в трансмиссии,
при этом в условиях остановки при высокой температуре масла, когда температура гидравлического масла выше или равна предварительно определенному значению температуры при вводе запроса выключения посредством действия ключа водителя, управление задержкой остановки насоса выполняется, чтобы продолжать приводить в действие насос в течение второго предварительно определенного периода времени даже после ввода запроса выключения посредством действия ключа водителя.
9. Гибридное транспортное средство по п. 8, в котором, в случае, когда существует отказ датчика температуры масла, насос останавливается при вводе запроса выключения посредством действия ключа водителя без выполнения управления задержкой остановки насоса.
10. Гибридное транспортное средство по п. 8 или 9, в котором, в случае, когда напряжение низковольтного аккумулятора ниже или равно предварительно определенному уровню напряжения, насос останавливается без выполнения управления задержкой остановки насоса даже в условиях остановки при высокой температуре масла.
11. Гибридное транспортное средство по любому из пп. 8-10, в котором, в случае, когда транспортное средство включается посредством действия ключа водителя во время выполнения управления задержкой остановки насоса, управление задержкой остановки насоса продолжается.
