Claims (24)
1. Способ поверхностного сшивания полимера в форме частиц, имеющего одну или несколько функциональных групп с лабильными атомами водорода, причем способ включает стадию, на которой применяют сшивающий агент, содержащий по меньшей мере 2 функциональные группы, способные взаимодействовать с функциональными группами полимера, содержащими лабильные атомы водорода, при этом способ сшивания осуществляют при температуре ниже температуры плавления полимера.
2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что полимеры выбраны из полимеров, содержащих одну или несколько амидных групп, и предпочтительно из полиамидов, полиамидоимидов, полиуретанов, полиаминов и смеси этих полимеров.
3. Способ по п. 2, отличающийся тем, что полимеры выбраны из полиамидов, полиамидоимидов и их смеси, полимеры предпочтительно представляют собой полиамиды.
4. Способ по п. 3, отличающийся тем, что полиамиды выбраны из PA6, PA11, PA12, PA6/12, PA6.12, PA6.10, PA10.10, PA10.12, PA6.6, PA8, PA4, PA4.6 и смеси этих полимеров.
5. Способ по п. 4, отличающийся тем, что полиамид представляет собой PA12.
6. Способ по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что полимерные частицы имеют средний диаметр от 1 до 200 мкм, преимущественно в интервале от 1 до 200 мкм, предпочтительно от 1 до 150 мкм и более предпочтительно в интервале от 1 до 150 мкм.
7. Способ по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что сшивающий агент выбран из соединений, содержащих изоцианатные группы, карбодиимидные группы, эпоксигруппы, ациллактамные группы, оксазолиновые группы и их изомеры, оксазиновые группы и их изомеры, PCl3.
8. Способ по п. 7, отличающийся тем, что сшивающий агент представляет собой полиизоцианат.
9. Способ по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что количество сшивающего агента составляет от 0,1 до 15 % мол. и предпочтительно от 0,5 до 10 % мол. по отношению к общему числу молей мономеров, образующих полимер, имеющий одну или несколько функциональных групп с лабильными атомами водорода.
10. Способ полимеризации полимера, включающий следующие последовательные стадии:
- стадия полимеризации;
- стадия сшивания, как определена в любом из предыдущих пунктов, полимера в форме порошка, полученного на предыдущей стадии;
- необязательно, стадия нейтрализации реакционной смеси.
11. Способ по п. 10, отличающийся тем, что стадия полимеризации представляет собой стадию анионной полимеризации в растворе в растворителе в присутствии катализатора и активатора.
12. Частица порошка полимера, содержащая:
- одну или несколько зон, состоящих из полимером, имеющим одну или несколько функциональных групп с лабильнымии атомами водорода, как определен в пп. 1-6;
- одну или несколько зон, содержащих указанный полимер, сшитый сшивающим агентом, как определен по пп. 1, 7-9.
13. Частица по п. 12, отличающаяся тем, что она содержит:
- ядро, состоящее из полимера, имеющего одну или несколько функциональных групп с лабильными атомами водорода, как определен в п.п.1-6;
- слой, содержащий указанный полимер, сшитый сшивающим агентом, как определен по пп. 1, 7-9.
14. Композиция, содержащая частицу порошка по п. 12 или 13.
15. Применение частицы порошка по п. 12 или 13 в композиционных материалах, в структурных клеях, в покрытиях подложки, в копировальной бумаге.
16. Применение частицы порошка по п. 12 или 13 для изготовления изделий агломерацией порошков плавлением, вызываемым излучением, выбранным из лазерного излучения, инфракрасного излучения или УФ-излучения.
17. Применение частицы порошка по п. 12 или 13 в качестве добавки в косметические композиции.
