Claims (13)

1. Модуль дисплея на жидких кристаллах, содержащий
функциональный компонент дисплея, располагаемый во вмещающем пространстве рамы мобильного устройства после соединения модуля дисплея на жидких кристаллах и этой рамы; и
переднее стекло, неподвижно закрепленное над функциональным компонентом дисплея, причем номинальный размер переднего стекла согласован с упомянутой рамой так, чтобы защитное стекло мобильного устройства было сформировано упомянутым передним стеклом после соединения модуля дисплея на жидких кристаллах и рамы мобильного устройства.
2. Модуль по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что рама содержит окантовку, образующую стороны мобильного устройства, и края переднего стекла соединяются с рамой у окантовки.
3. Модуль по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что толщина переднего стекла является не меньшей, чем заранее заданная толщина, чтобы прочность переднего стекла достигала заранее заданного значения.
4. Модуль по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что переднее стекло имеет неактивную область, соответствующую функциональному компоненту дисплея, при этом слой защитной краски размещен в той зоне задней поверхности переднего стекла, которая соответствует неактивной области.
5. Модуль по п. 4, отличающийся тем, что слой защитной краски сформирован процессом шелкографии.
6. Модуль по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что переднее стекло имеет неактивную область, соответствующую функциональному компоненту дисплея; причем схема управления дисплеем размещена в той зоне задней поверхности переднего стекла, которая соответствует неактивной области.
7. Модуль по п. 6, отличающийся тем, что схема управления дисплеем сформирована процессом фотолитографии.
8. Модуль по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что функциональный компонент дисплея содержит
передний поляризатор, причем переднее стекло имеет активную область, соответствующую функциональному компоненту дисплея, и передний поляризатор сформирован напылением покрытия в вакууме в той зоне задней поверхности переднего стекла, которая соответствует активной области.
9. Модуль по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что на задней поверхности переднего стекла имеется выемка, позиция и номинальный размер которой согласованы со структурой интегральных схем в функциональном компоненте дисплея, так, чтобы расположить структуру интегральных схем во вмещающем пространстве, сформированном выемкой.
10. Мобильное устройство, содержащее модуль дисплея на жидких кристаллах по любому из пп. 1-9.
