Claims (14)
1. Способ изготовления брикетированного твердого топлива, включающий следующие стадии:
распыление низкокачественного угля для получения пульверизованного низкокачественного угля;
смешивание пульверизованного низкокачественного угля с нефтяным растворителем для получения суспензии;
нагревание и посредством этого обезвоживание суспензии для получения обезвоженной суспензии;
отделение нефтяного растворителя от обезвоженной суспензии посредством разделения жидкость-твердое тело для получения кека;
нагревание и посредством этого сушка кека, чтобы дополнительно отделить нефтяной растворитель от кека и получить рафинированный уголь в порошковой форме;
смешивание рафинированного угля с углем для регулирования свойств в порошковой форме, чтобы регулировать свойства рафинированного угля и тем самым получать исходное сырье для брикетирования, содержащее уголь для регулирования свойств в количестве от 5 до 70 мас.%, в расчете на общую массу брикетируемого исходного сырья, указанный уголь для регулирования свойств имеет свободную насыпную плотность 0,6 кг/л или более и угол естественного откоса 40° или менее; и
брикетирование исходного сырья для брикетирования под давлением, для получения брикетированного твердого топлива в форме брикетов.
2. Способ изготовления брикетированного твердого топлива по п. 1, в котором уголь для регулирования свойств дополнительно имеет средний размер частиц от 0,3 до 2,0 мм, и такое распределение частиц по размерам, что процентное содержание частиц, каждая из которых имеет размер 2 мм или более, составляет от 5 до 50 мас.%, в расчете на общую массу угля для регулирования свойств.
3. Способ изготовления брикетированного твердого топлива по любому из пп. 1 или 2, в котором уголь для регулирования свойств содержит по меньшей мере один уголь, выбранный из группы, состоящей из:
угля, полученного регулированием размера частиц низкокачественного угля;
угля, полученного распылением низкокачественного угля и гранулированием пульверизованного низкокачественного угля; и
угля, полученного брикетированием рафинированного угля под давлением для получения брикетированного угля, распылением брикетированного угля для получения пульверизованного угля, и регулированием размера частиц пульверизованного угля.
4. Способ изготовления брикетированного твердого топлива по п. 1, в котором стадия регулирования качества включает добавление по меньшей мере одного компонента из воды и увлажненного угля к исходному сырью для брикетирования таким образом, что брикетированное твердое топливо после брикетирования имеет содержание влаги от 3 до 10 мас.%.
