Claims (14)
1. Смесевая нить, включающая непрерывное термопластическое полимерное волокно и непрерывное армирующее волокно в качестве волокнистых компонентов, которая имеет кручение.
2. Смесевая нить по п. 1, в которой непрерывное термопластическое полимерное волокно представляет собой полиамидное полимерное волокно.
3. Смесевая нить по п. 1, в которой непрерывное термопластическое полимерное волокно включает материал, по меньшей мере, одного вида, выбранный из полиамида 6, полиамида 66 и полиамида на основе ксилилендиамина.
4. Смесевая нить по п. 1, в которой непрерывное армирующее волокно представляет собой углеродное волокно и/или стеклянное волокно.
5. Смесевая нить по п. 2, в которой непрерывное термопластическое полимерное волокно включает материал, по меньшей мере, одного вида, выбранный из полиамида 6, полиамида 66 и полиамида на основе ксилилендиамина.
6. Смесевая нить по п. 2, в которой непрерывное армирующее волокно представляет собой углеродное волокно и/или стеклянное волокно.
7. Смесевая нить по п. 3, в которой непрерывное армирующее волокно представляет собой углеродное волокно и/или стеклянное волокно.
8. Тканое полотно, в котором используется смесевая нить по любому из пп. 1-7.
9. Трикотажное полотно, в котором используется смесевая нить по любому из пп. 1-7.
10. Композитный материал, получаемый термической обработкой смесевой нити по любому из пп. 1-7.
11. Композитный материал, получаемый термической обработкой тканого полотна по п. 8.
12. Композитный материал, получаемый термической обработкой трикотажного полотна по п. 9.
13. Способ изготовления композитного материала, включающий изготовление смесевой нити, включающей непрерывное термопластическое полимерное волокно и непрерывный армирующее волокно в качестве волокнистых компонентов, кручение смесевой нити, термическую обработку крученой смесевой нити.
14. Способ по п. 13, дополнительно включающий плетение или вязание крученой смесевой нити перед термической обработкой смесевой нити.
