Claims (7)
1. Многослойная тонкая пленка для режущего инструмента, в которой отдельные тонкие пленки, каждая из которых состоит из стопы следующих друг за другом тонких слоев А, В, С, и D, уложены в стопу более одного раза, причем соотношение модуля k упругости между тонкими слоями удовлетворяет условиям kA, kC>kB, kD или kB, kD>kC, kA, и соотношение постоянной L решетки между тонкими слоями удовлетворяет условиям LA>LB, LD>LC или LC>LB, LD>LA.
2. Многослойная тонкая пленка по п. 1, в которой разница между максимальным значением и минимальным значением постоянной L решетки составляет 20% или менее.
3. Многослойная тонкая пленка по п. 1, в которой элементы, составляющие тонкие слои В и D, являются такими же, как элементы, составляющие тонкие слои А и С, расположенные смежно с тонкими слоями В и D, или содержат по меньшей мере один из элементов, составляющих тонкие слои А и С.
4. Многослойная тонкая пленка по п. 1, в которой средний период λL постоянной решетки многослойной тонкой пленки в два раза больше, чем ее средний период λk модуля упругости.
5. Многослойная пленка по п. 1 или 2, в которой отдельная тонкая пленка имеет толщину от 4 до 50 нм.
6. Многослойная тонкая пленка по п. 1 или 2, в которой тонкие слои В и D образованы из одинакового материала.
7. Режущий инструмент, покрытый многослойной пленкой по п. 1 или 2.
