Claims (13)
1. Способ получения стекла, химический состав которого включает, по меньшей мере, 3 вес.% оксида железа, выраженного в виде Fe2O3, включающий стадию электроварки, с использованием электродов, погруженных в стекломассу из способной к стеклованию смеси материала шихты, в состав которой входит, по меньшей мере, один поставщик марганца, в котором марганец находится в степени окисления выше чем +2.
2. Способ по п. 1, такой, что химический состав стекла включает составляющие в пределах, приводимых ниже, выраженные, вес.%:
3. Способ по п. 1, такой, что указанный или любой поставщик марганца выбраны из MnO2, Mn3O4, Mn2O3, Mn2O7, перманганатов, в частности натрия, калия или даже кальция или магния или любой смеси упомянутых выше.
4. Способ по п. 1, в котором общее количество поставщика марганца, который входит в состав способной к стеклованию смеси материала шихты, является таким, что тонна упомянутой сухой смеси содержит между 1 и 20 кг, конкретно между 2 и 10 кг марганца в степени окисления выше чем +2 в пересчете на MnO2.
5. Способ по п. 1, такой, что способная к стеклованию смесь не содержит нитрата.
6. Способ по п. 1, такой, что электроды изготовлены из молибдена.
7. Способ по п. 1, такой, что во время стадии варки температура стекла, измеренная в контакте с огнеупорами бассейна и в самой горячей точке, находится в интервале, простирающемся от 1400 до 1650°С.
8. Способ по п. 1, такой, что после стадии варки стекло сформировано в минеральную вату во время стадии волокнообразования.
9. Минеральная вата, включающая стекловолокна, имеющие химический состав, включающий следующие составляющие, в пределах, приводимых ниже, выраженные, вес.%:
