Claims (19)
1. Композиция, которая включает полые микросферы из оксида металла, микросферы, имеющие стенки толщиной около 1-5 микрон, которые окружают пустой центр, в которой диаметр D90 полых микросфер из оксида металла составляет около 5-15 микрон.
2. Композиция по п. 1, которая дополнительно включает катализатор.
3. Композиция по п. 2, отличающаяся тем, что катализатор внедрен внутрь стенок полых микросфер из оксида металла.
4. Композиция по п. 2 или 3, которая дополнительно включает стабилизатор, выбранный из группы, состоящей из лантанида, щелочноземельного металла, кремния, переходного металла или их комбинаций.
5. Композиция по п. 4, отличающаяся тем, что стабилизатор представляет собой 4% La.
6. Композиция по пп. 2, 3 или 5, отличающаяся тем, что катализатор представляет собой катализатор из платиновой группы металлов.
7. Каталитическое устройство для применения в двигателе внутреннего сгорания, которое включает каталитический слой, сформированный на подложке, при этом каталитический слой содержит композицию по любому из пп. 2-6.
8. Каталитическое устройство по п. 7, отличающееся тем, что подложка представляет собой монолитную подложку.
9. Каталитическое устройство по п. 7 или 8, отличающееся тем, что подложка представляет собой металлическую подложку.
10. Способ обработки выхлопных газов двигателя, содержащих углеводороды, монооксид углерода и/или оксиды азота, который включает приведение в контакт выхлопных газов с каталитическим устройством по любому из пп. 7-9 при условиях, подходящих для окисления монооксида углерода, окисления углеводородов и/или восстановления оксидов азота.
11. Система обработки эмиссии, которая включает каталитическое устройство, которое сообщается по потоку эмиссии с выхлопным потоком двигателя, отличающаяся тем, что каталитическое устройство включает каталитический слой, сформированный на подложке, при этом каталитический слой включает композицию по любому из пп. 2-6.
12. Система обработки эмиссии по п. 11, которая дополнительно включает по меньшей мере одно из следующих: дизельный каталитический нейтрализатор, дизельный сажевый фильтр, катализатор частичного каталитического окисления, катализатор окисления аммиака, катализатор конверсии водяного газа, катализатор парового риформинга, инжектор восстановителя, воздушный инжектор, углеводородный инжектор и катализатор избирательного каталитического восстановления.
13. Способ изготовления полых микросфер из оксида металла, который включает следующие стадии:
a) растворение терморазрушаемого мягкого полимера в водной среде для формирования мицеллярной матрицы полимера;
b) суспендирование наночастиц или водорастворимых солей одного или более предшественников оксидов металлов с растворенной полимерной матрицей;
c) сушка суспензии распылением; и
d) обжиг высушенной распылением суспензии для терморазрушения полимерной матрицы, тем самым формируя полые микросферы из оксида металла.
14. Способ по п. 13, который дополнительно включает введение катализатора в суспензию перед сушкой распылением.
15. Способ по п. 13, который дополнительно включает пропитку катализатором микросфер после сушки распылением.
