Claims (17)
1. Способ выделения высоко- и низкокипящих соединений из обогащенной углеводородами сырьевой фракции, предпочтительно из природного газа, согласно которому
сырьевую фракцию (1) частично конденсируют (E1, E2),
ректификацией (T1) отделяют жидкую фракцию (8) с высоким содержанием высококипящих компонентов (первая ступень разделения),
получающуюся при этом газовую фракцию (10), обедненную высококипящими компонентами, по меньшей мере частично конденсируют (E4) и
ректификацией (T2) разделяют на жидкую фракцию с высоким содержанием метана (11) и газовую фракцию с высоким содержанием легкокипящих компонентов (12) (вторая ступень разделения),
отличающийся тем, что первую ступень разделения (T1) и вторую ступень разделения (T2) осуществляют независимо друг от друга.
2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что сырьевая фракция (1) частично конденсируется (E1, E2) самопроизвольно и/или за счет охлаждения жидкой фракцией с высоким содержанием метана (11), получаемой на второй ступени разделения, которая в свою очередь нагревается.
3. Способ по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что по меньшей мере часть потока (7), получаемого на второй ступени разделения (T2) жидкой фракции (11) с высоким содержанием метана, подают на первую ступень разделения (T1) в качестве флегмы.
4. Способ по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что по меньшей мере частичная конденсация (E4) обедненной высококипящими компонентами газовой фракции (10) осуществляется в выпарном аппарате с водяной ванной (D5) за счет получаемой на второй ступени разделения (T2) жидкой фракции с высоким содержанием метана (11), и жидкая фракция (7') из жидкости, присутствующей в выпарном аппарате (D5), подается на первую ступень разделения (T1) в качестве флегмы.
5. Способ по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что первая ступень разделения (T1) работает при давлении поменьшей мере 25 бар, предпочтительно по меньшей мере 28 бар,
обедненную высококипящими компонентами газовую фракцию (10) перед ее подачей на вторую ступень разделения (T2) не компенсируют (или не снимают),
флегма для второй ступени разделения (T2, T3, T4) формируется через открытый контур охлаждения,
причем хладагент, циркулирующий в открытом контуре охлаждения, превращают в пар при двух разных значениях температуры, обеспечиваемой потоками флегмы (14, 15) в дефлегматоре (E7) и в боковом конденсаторе (E8) второй ступени разделения (T2), и
давление испаренного в боковом конденсаторе (E8) хладагента (25) по меньшей мере в три раза выше, чем давление хладагента (22), испаренного в дефлегматоре (E7).
6. Способ по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что по меньшей мере часть потока, образовавшегося на первой ступени разделения (T1) обедненной высококипящими компонентами газовой фракции (10), смешивают (50) с полученной на второй ступени разделения (T2) жидкой фракцией (11) с высоким содержанием метана.
7. Способ по п. 1 или 2, причем давление сырьевой фракции с высоким содержанием углеводородов составляет более 50 бар, отличающийся тем, что сырьевую фракцию (1) перед подачей на первую ступень разделения (T1) подвергают дросселированию по меньшей мере в две стадии (X1, X2).
8. Способ по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что вторую ступень разделения (T2) осуществляют в колонне, содержащей разделительную стенку (T), причем разделительная стенка (T) установлена по меньшей мере в той части колонны, где в колонну подают обедненную высококипящими компонентами газовую фракцию (10) и отбирают фракцию (25) с низким содержанием диоксида углерода, которую добавляют в открытый контур охлаждения.
