Abstract

Заявляемое изобретение представляет собой способ выделения летучих компонентов из потока этилена, включающий а) подачу потока сухого этилена (А), включающего этилен, этан, CO, CO, H, CH, Cуглеводороды и, возможно, оксигенаты, b) направление указанного потока (А) в десорбер, называемый также деметанизатор, для образования потока головного погона, включающего этилен, СО, Ни СН; потока донного погона, включающего этилен, этан, CO, Суглеводороды и, возможно, оксигенаты, где газовую фазу в вершине десорбера конденсируют в теплообменнике, охлаждаемом хладагентом с получением первой газовой фазы и первой жидкой фазы, первую газовую фазу конденсируют в теплообменнике, охлаждаемом жидким этаном или жидким этиленом с образованием второй газовой фазы, называемой головным погоном, включающим этилен, СО, Ни СН, и второй жидкой фазы, при этом первая и вторая жидкие фазы служат флегмой для десорбера.
