Abstract
1. Способ поточного дегазирования сброженных жидкостей, включающий:направление газированной жидкости на основе зерновой культуры через форсунку;направление газированной солодовой жидкости из форсунки в объем иудержание газированного напитка на основе зерновой культуры в объеме до тех пор, пока не удалят практически весь диоксид углерода, растворенный в газированном напитке на основе зерновой культуры, с получением негазированной жидкости, отличающийся тем, что указанный объем поддерживают при давлении, соответствующем низкому вакууму.2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что указанная жидкость на основе зерновой культуры включает солодовую жидкость.3. Способ по п. 1, дополнительно включающий удаление негазированной жидкости из объема при практически той же скорости, с которой газированную жидкость на основе зерновой культуры направляют в объем.4. Способ по п. 1, дополнительно включающий удаление негазированной жидкости из объема в разливочную машину.5. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что направление газированной жидкости на основе зерновой культуры из форсунки в объем включает распределение газированной жидкости на основе зерновой культуры по поверхности.6. Способ по п. 5, отличающийся тем, что направление газированной жидкости на основе зерновой культуры по поверхности включает направление газированной жидкости на основе зерновой культуры по стенке цилиндрического сосуда, ограничивающей объем.7. Способ по п. 1, дополнительно включающий нагревание газированной жидкости на основе зерновой культуры.8. Способ по п. 7, отличающийся тем, что нагревание газированной жидкости на основе зерновой культуры включает нагревание газированног
Claims (17)
1. Способ поточного дегазирования сброженных жидкостей, включающий:
направление газированной жидкости на основе зерновой культуры через форсунку;
направление газированной солодовой жидкости из форсунки в объем и
удержание газированного напитка на основе зерновой культуры в объеме до тех пор, пока не удалят практически весь диоксид углерода, растворенный в газированном напитке на основе зерновой культуры, с получением негазированной жидкости, отличающийся тем, что указанный объем поддерживают при давлении, соответствующем низкому вакууму.
2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что указанная жидкость на основе зерновой культуры включает солодовую жидкость.
3. Способ по п. 1, дополнительно включающий удаление негазированной жидкости из объема при практически той же скорости, с которой газированную жидкость на основе зерновой культуры направляют в объем.
4. Способ по п. 1, дополнительно включающий удаление негазированной жидкости из объема в разливочную машину.
5. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что направление газированной жидкости на основе зерновой культуры из форсунки в объем включает распределение газированной жидкости на основе зерновой культуры по поверхности.
6. Способ по п. 5, отличающийся тем, что направление газированной жидкости на основе зерновой культуры по поверхности включает направление газированной жидкости на основе зерновой культуры по стенке цилиндрического сосуда, ограничивающей объем.
7. Способ по п. 1, дополнительно включающий нагревание газированной жидкости на основе зерновой культуры.
8. Способ по п. 7, отличающийся тем, что нагревание газированной жидкости на основе зерновой культуры включает нагревание газированного солодового напитка до температуры, составляющей от приблизительно 35°C до приблизительно 38°C.
9. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что объем поддерживают при абсолютном давлении, составляющем приблизительно 10 кПа.
10. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что газированная жидкость на основе зерновой культуры имеет содержание этилового спирта, составляющее по меньшей мере 0,1 вес. %.
11. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что газированный напиток на основе зерновой культуры содержит от приблизительно 3 вес. % твердых частиц экстракта солода до приблизительно 5,5 вес. % твердых частиц экстракта солода.
12. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что газированный напиток на основе зерновой культуры имеет менее чем приблизительно 6 международных единиц горечи.
13. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что негазированная жидкость, удаляемая из объема, содержит диоксид углерода на уровне, составляющем от приблизительно ноля граммов на литр до приблизительно 1,5 граммов на литр.
14. Способ поточного дегазирования сброженных жидкостей, при этом способ включает:
нагревание газированной солодовой жидкости;
направление газированной солодовой жидкости через форсунку;
распределение газированной солодовой жидкости по поверхности в объеме с помощью форсунки;
поддержание объема при давлении, соответствующем низкому вакууму;
удержание газированного солодового напитка в объеме до тех пор, пока не удалят практически весь диоксид углерода, растворенный в газированном солодовом напитке, с получением негазированной жидкости и
удаление негазированной жидкости из объема в разливочную машину при практически той же скорости, с которой газированную солодовую жидкость направляют в объем.
15. Способ по п. 14, отличающийся тем, что нагревание газированной солодовой жидкости включает нагревание газированного солодового напитка до температуры, составляющей от приблизительно 35°C до приблизительно 38°C.
16. Способ по п. 14, отличающийся тем, что газированная солодовая жидкость имеет содержание этилового спирта, составляющее от приблизительно 3 вес. % до приблизительно 12 вес. %, и содержит от приблизительно 3 вес. % твердых частиц экстракта солода до приблизительно 5,5 вес. % твердых частиц экстракта солода.
17. Способ по п. 14, отличающийся тем, что газированный солодовый напиток имеет менее чем приблизительно 6 международных единиц горечи.
