1. Claims (10)

1. Система для усиления насосного действия желудочков сердца пациента, содержащая блок поддержания перемещения для управляемого поддерживаемого перемещения митрального клапана синхронно с сердечным циклом указанного сердца.
2. Система по п.1, в которой блок поддержания перемещения содержит блок формирования усилия для формирования усилия для обеспечения поддерживаемого перемещения митрального клапана.
3. Система по п.1 или 2, включающая имплантат, выполненный с возможностью расположения в сердечном сосуде вблизи соединения и в соединении ткани с митральным клапаном левого желудочка сердца, причем указанный блок поддержания перемещения выполнен с возможностью приложения усилия к указанному имплантату, при расположении в сердечном сосуде, для обеспечения поддерживаемого митрального клапана при перемещении указанного имплантата и, следовательно, указанного митрального клапана в плоскости митрального клапана в направлении к верхушке и/или от верхушки сердца.

Система по п.3, в которой указанный имплантат выполнен с размером для размещения в венечном синусе сердца вблизи кольца митрального клапана и содержит расширяемый дистальный фиксирующий блок, расширяемый проксимальный фиксирующий блок, соединительный элемент, продолжающийся от проксимального фиксирующего блока до дистального фиксирующего блока, и указанный блок поддержания перемещения включает приводной блок, выполненный с возможностью управляемого изменения длины упомянутого соединительного элемента, так что перемещение митрального клапана поддерживается указанным перемещением, а указанное насосное действие усиливается.
8. Система по п.7, в котором соединительный элемент выполнен с возможностью изменения по указанной длине вдоль короткой оси указанного левого желудочка, поперечно упомянутой длинной оси, для поддержки естественного перемещения внутрь и наружу боковой стенки левого желудочка относительно межжелудочковой перегородки.
9. Система по п.7, в которой приводной блок является блоком формирования усилия.
10. Система по п.7, в которой соединительный элемент выполнен с возможностью изменения длины во время одного сердечного цикла сердца.
