Abstract

1. Способ изготовления прозрачного керамического предмета с реальным линейным пропусканием RIT>10% в области длин волн от 300 нм до 4000 нм при толщине стенки этого керамического предмета 2 мм, отличающийся следующими стадиями процесса:получение шликера путем дисперигирования керамического порошка, который имеет размер частиц d<5 мкм, предпочтительно между 5 нм и 500 нм,получение из этого шликера гранулята, который имеет размер частиц d<1 мм, предпочтительно между 50 мкм и 500 мкм, более предпочтительно между 80 мкм и 300 мкм, при помощи гранулирования в псевдоожиженном слое,простое, нециклическое прессование гранулята с получением необожженной заготовки,спекание необожженной заготовки с получением спеченного изделия, ипоследующее уплотнение спеченного изделия.2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что дисперигирование керамического порошка осуществляется с водой и поверхностно-активными веществами.3. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что при диспергировании осуществляется размалывание керамического порошка.4. Способ по одному из пп. 1-3, отличающийся тем, что дисперигирование и размалывание керамического порошка осуществляется в бисерной мельнице.5. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что необожженная заготовка формуется при помощи одноосного и/или холодного изостатического прессования.6. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что последующее уплотнение осуществляется при помощи горячего изостатического прессования (HIP).7. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что спеченное изделие шлифуется и полируется до оптического качества.

Claims (7)

1. Способ изготовления прозрачного керамического предмета с реальным линейным пропусканием RIT>10% в области длин волн от 300 нм до 4000 нм при толщине стенки этого керамического предмета 2 мм, отличающийся следующими стадиями процесса:
получение шликера путем дисперигирования керамического порошка, который имеет размер частиц d50<5 мкм, предпочтительно между 5 нм и 500 нм,
получение из этого шликера гранулята, который имеет размер частиц d50<1 мм, предпочтительно между 50 мкм и 500 мкм, более предпочтительно между 80 мкм и 300 мкм, при помощи гранулирования в псевдоожиженном слое,
простое, нециклическое прессование гранулята с получением необожженной заготовки,
спекание необожженной заготовки с получением спеченного изделия, и
последующее уплотнение спеченного изделия.
2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что дисперигирование керамического порошка осуществляется с водой и поверхностно-активными веществами.
3. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что при диспергировании осуществляется размалывание керамического порошка.
4. Способ по одному из пп. 1-3, отличающийся тем, что дисперигирование и размалывание керамического порошка осуществляется в бисерной мельнице.
5. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что необожженная заготовка формуется при помощи одноосного и/или холодного изостатического прессования.
6. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что последующее уплотнение осуществляется при помощи горячего изостатического прессования (HIP).
7. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что спеченное изделие шлифуется и полируется до оптического качества.
