Упаковочное устройство (1), в частности для упаковывания лотков, содержащих пищевые продукты или технические материалы в регулируемой атмосфере, посредством пленки (6) из пластикового материала, отличающееся тем, что оно содержит верхнюю камеру (3) и нижнюю камеру (4), образующие камеру для размещения лотка (2), которые выполнены с возможностью скрепления путем взаимного их наложения и каждая из которых внутри имеет множество средств термозапечатывания и/или отрезания и/или штанцевой резки, размещенных концентрически, причем указанная нижняя камера (4) имеет по центру поддерживающие средства для указанного лотка (2).2. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что указанная пленка представляет собой однократно сложенную пленку (6), причем указанная верхняя камера (3) и указанная нижняя камера (4) образованы контейнером, который может быть герметично закреплен на другом контейнере наложением, причем полосы или прокладки, обеспечивающие воздухонепроницаемость, имеются по периметру на боковом краю (5а, 5b) указанной верхней камеры (3) и указанной нижней камеры (4).3. Устройство по п.2, отличающееся тем, что указанная пленка (6) из пластикового материала разматывается с адаптированного ролика (7), который соединен в верхней области и на одной стороне указанной верхней камеры (3), и далее направлена на пару направляющих (8a, 8b), которые имеются вблизи указанных боковых краев (5а, 5b) указанной верхней камеры (3) и указанной нижней камеры (4), причем указанная пленка далее перематывается на моталку (9), которая регулируется первым двигателем (10), размещенным сбоку от указанной верхней камеры (3).4. Claims (14)

1. Упаковочное устройство (1), в частности для упаковывания лотков, содержащих пищевые продукты или технические материалы в регулируемой атмосфере, посредством пленки (6) из пластикового материала, отличающееся тем, что оно содержит верхнюю камеру (3) и нижнюю камеру (4), образующие камеру для размещения лотка (2), которые выполнены с возможностью скрепления путем взаимного их наложения и каждая из которых внутри имеет множество средств термозапечатывания и/или отрезания и/или штанцевой резки, размещенных концентрически, причем указанная нижняя камера (4) имеет по центру поддерживающие средства для указанного лотка (2).

Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что указанная пленка представляет собой однократно сложенную пленку (6), причем указанная верхняя камера (3) и указанная нижняя камера (4) образованы контейнером, который может быть герметично закреплен на другом контейнере наложением, причем полосы или прокладки, обеспечивающие воздухонепроницаемость, имеются по периметру на боковом краю (5а, 5b) указанной верхней камеры (3) и указанной нижней камеры (4).

Устройство по п.2, отличающееся тем, что указанная пленка (6) из пластикового материала разматывается с адаптированного ролика (7), который соединен в верхней области и на одной стороне указанной верхней камеры (3), и далее направлена на пару направляющих (8a, 8b), которые имеются вблизи указанных боковых краев (5а, 5b) указанной верхней камеры (3) и указанной нижней камеры (4), причем указанная пленка далее перематывается на моталку (9), которая регулируется первым двигателем (10), размещенным сбоку от указанной верхней камеры (3).

Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что средства термозапечатывания и/или отрезания и/или штанцевой резки размещены внутри каждой из указанной верхней камеры (3) и указанной нижней камеры (4) концентрически так, чтобы образовывать внутри и по центру свободное пространство (11), в котором указанный лоток (2) подлежит воздействию.

Устройство по п.4, отличающееся тем, что указанные средства термозапечатывания и/или отрезания и/или штанцевой резки составлены из последовательности верхних прессов (12a, 12b, 12c), которые вставлены друг в друга и размещены коаксиально друг другу внутри указанной верхней камеры (3) и имеют системы термозапечатывания и/или отрезания и/или штанцевой резки.
6. Устройство по п.5, отличающееся тем, что оно имеет три указанных верхних пресса.
7. Устройство по п.5, отличающееся тем, что указанные средства термозапечатывания, и/или отрезания, и/или штанцевой резки представляют собой последовательность нижних прессов (13a, 13b, 13c), которые вставлены друг в друга и размещены коаксиально внутри нижней камеры (4) относительно указанных верхних прессов (12a, 12b, 12c) так, чтобы соответствовать соответственно указанным верхним прессам.

Устройство по п.7, отличающееся тем, что указанные верхние прессы (12a, 12b, 12c) и указанные нижние прессы (13a, 13b, 13c) являются, по отдельности, или вместе, или поочередно, подвижными вертикально и управляемыми приводами (14), такими как пневматические цилиндры, которые размещены предпочтительно выше указанной верхней камеры (3) и ниже указанной нижней камеры (4).
9. Устройство по п.5, отличающееся тем, что указанные верхние прессы (12a, 12b, 12c) указанной верхней камеры (3) являются неподвижными.
10. Устройство по п.7, отличающееся тем, что указанные верхние прессы (12a, 12b, 12c) имеют коробчатую форму с высотой, которая соответствует конкретному запечатываемому лотку (2), причем указанные нижние прессы (13a, 13b, 13c) образованы концентрическими кольцами равной высоты, чья функция заключается в примыкании к периметрическим краям (15) соответствующих и вышележащих верхних прессов (12a, 12b, 12c), причем указанные нижние прессы (13a, 13 b, 13c) имеют на боковых краях, которые смежны с концом, который обращен к указанным верхним прессам (12a, 12b, 12c), нож (19), который выполнен с возможностью отрезать указанную пленку (6) во время рабочего цикла.
11. Устройство по п.7, отличающееся тем, что в указанном свободном пространстве (11) имеется плоскость (16), которая может перемещаться вертикально относительно указанной нижней камеры (4) посредством адаптированного вала (17), который может скользить относительно основания (18) указанной нижней камеры (4), причем опора для указанного лотка (2) относится к подпружиненному типу.
12. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что указанная пленка (6) является плоским листом.
13. Способ упаковывания, в частности, для упаковывания лотков (2), содержащих пищевые продукты или технические материалы в регулируемой атмосфере, посредством пленки (6) из пластикового материала с использованием устройства по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающий тем, что согласно способу:
- позиционируют путем центрирования лоток на опоре, которая размещена в указанной нижней камере, в положение ниже указанной верхней камеры;
- перемещают для закрытия указанную нижнюю камеру по направлению к указанной верхней камере, или наоборот, приводят в действие указанные верхние и/или нижние прессовочные средства, выбранные с возможностью соответствовать размерам указанного лотка.
14. Способ по п.13, отличающийся тем, что автоматически определяют размер указанного лотка до приведения в действие указанных прессовочных средств.
