Abstract

1. Эластичная пленка, включающая термопластическую композицию, где термопластическая композиция включает по меньшей мере один полимер крахмала, составляющий от приблизительно 1% мас.. до приблизительно 30% мас.. от содержания полимеров в пленке, по меньшей мере один эластомерный полимер, составляющий от приблизительно 30% мас.. до приблизительно 95% мас.. от содержания полимеров в пленке, и по меньшей мере один пластификатор, составляющий от приблизительно 0,1% мас.. до приблизительно 30% мас., от массы пленки, причем массовое отношение количества эластомерных полимеров к количеству полимеров крахмала в пленке составляет от приблизительно 1 до приблизительно 10, и удлинение эластичной пленки как в машинном направлении, так и в поперечном направлении составляет приблизительно 250% или более.2. Эластичная пленка по п.1, в которой полимер крахмала представляет собой натуральный крахмал.3. Эластичная пленка по п.2, в которой содержание амилозы в натуральном крахмале составляет от приблизительно 10% до приблизительно 40% мас.4. Эластичная пленка по п.2, в которой среднечисловая молекулярная масса натурального крахмала составляет от приблизительно 50000 до приблизительно 1000000 граммов на моль.5. Эластичная пленка по любому из пп.1-4, в которой эластомерный полимер включает олефиновый эластомер, например, полученный с помощью металлоценового катализатора сополимер этилена и α-олефина, сополимер пропилена и α-олефина, стирол-олефиновый блок-сополимер или их комбинацию.6. Claims (20)

1. Эластичная пленка, включающая термопластическую композицию, где термопластическая композиция включает по меньшей мере один полимер крахмала, составляющий от приблизительно 1% мас.. до приблизительно 30% мас.. от содержания полимеров в пленке, по меньшей мере один эластомерный полимер, составляющий от приблизительно 30% мас.. до приблизительно 95% мас.. от содержания полимеров в пленке, и по меньшей мере один пластификатор, составляющий от приблизительно 0,1% мас.. до приблизительно 30% мас., от массы пленки, причем массовое отношение количества эластомерных полимеров к количеству полимеров крахмала в пленке составляет от приблизительно 1 до приблизительно 10, и удлинение эластичной пленки как в машинном направлении, так и в поперечном направлении составляет приблизительно 250% или более.
2. Эластичная пленка по п.1, в которой полимер крахмала представляет собой натуральный крахмал.
3. Эластичная пленка по п.2, в которой содержание амилозы в натуральном крахмале составляет от приблизительно 10% до приблизительно 40% мас.
4. Эластичная пленка по п.2, в которой среднечисловая молекулярная масса натурального крахмала составляет от приблизительно 50000 до приблизительно 1000000 граммов на моль.
5. Эластичная пленка по любому из пп.1-4, в которой эластомерный полимер включает олефиновый эластомер, например, полученный с помощью металлоценового катализатора сополимер этилена и α-олефина, сополимер пропилена и α-олефина, стирол-олефиновый блок-сополимер или их комбинацию.
6. Эластичная пленка по п.1, в которой эластомерный полимер включает термопластический полиуретан, полученный из полиола и органического диизоцианата.
7. Эластичная пленка по п.6, в которой полиол включает полиол на основе простого полиэфира, а органический диизоцианат включает ароматический диизоцианат.
8. Эластичная пленка по п.1, в которой пластификатор включает многоатомный спирт.
9. Эластичная пленка по п.1, в которой полимеры крахмала составляют от приблизительно 5% мас. до приблизительно 20% мас. от содержания полимеров в пленке, эластомерные полимеры составляют от приблизительно 50% мас. до приблизительно 80% мас. от содержания полимеров в пленке, и при этом массовое отношение количества эластомерных полимеров к количеству полимеров крахмала в пленке составляет от приблизительно 3 до приблизительно 6.
10. Эластичная пленка по п.1, в которой пластификаторы составляют от приблизительно 1% мас. до приблизительно 10% мас. от массы пленки.
11. Эластичная пленка по п.1, где пленка дополнительно включает синтетический биоразлагаемый сложный полиэфир, например, поликапролактон, сложный полиэфирамид, модифицированный полиэтилентерефталат, полимолочную кислоту или ее сополимер или терполимер, полигликолевую кислоту, полиалкиленкарбонат, полигидроксиалканоат, поли-3-гидроксибутират, поли-3-гидроксивалерат, сополимер 3-гидроксибутирата и 4-гидроксибутирата, сополимер 3-гидроксибутирата и 3-гидроксивалерата, сополимер 3-гидроксибутирата и 3-гидроксигексаноата, сополимер 3-гидроксибутирата и 3-гидроксиоктаноата, сополимер 3-гидроксибутирата и 3-гидроксидеканоата, сополимер 3-гидроксибутирата и 3-гидроксиоктадеканоата, алифатический полимер на основе сукцината, сложный ароматический полиэфир, модифицированный сложный ароматический полиэфир, сополимер алифатического и ароматического сложных эфиров или их комбинацию.
12. Эластичная пленка по п.1, где пленка непроницаема для жидкости.
13. Эластичная пленка по п.1, где удлинение эластичной пленки как в машинном направлении, так и в поперечном направлении составляет от приблизительно 500% до приблизительно 2500%.
14. Эластичная пленка по п.1, где модуль эластичности по Юнгу эластичной пленки как в машинном направлении, так и в поперечном направлении составляет от приблизительно 1 до приблизительно 100 МПа.
15. Эластичная пленка по п.1, где предел прочности на разрыв эластичной пленки как в машинном направлении, так и в поперечном направлении составляет от приблизительно 1 до приблизительно 100 МПа.
16. Эластичная пленка по п.1, где величина необратимой деформации эластичной пленки составляет от приблизительно 1% до приблизительно 30%.
17. Абсорбирующее изделие, включающее эластичную пленку по любому из пп.1-16, где абсорбирующее изделие содержит основную структуру, которая включает проницаемый для жидкости верхний лист, обычно непроницаемый для жидкости изнаночный лист и абсорбирующий внутренний слой, расположенный между изнаночным листом и верхним листом.
18. Абсорбирующее изделие по п.17, в котором изнаночный лист включает эластичную пленку.
19. Абсорбирующее изделие по п.17, дополнительно включающее один или более эластичных элементов, которые включают эластичную пленку, например ножные эластичные элементы, поясные эластичные элементы или их комбинацию.
20. Способ получения эластичной пленки, включающий смешивание в расплаве композиции, включающей по меньшей мере один полимер крахмала, составляющий от приблизительно 1% мас. до приблизительно 30% мас. от содержания полимеров в пленке, по меньшей мере один эластомерный полимер, составляющий от приблизительно 30% мас. до приблизительно 95% мас. от содержания полимеров в пленке, и по меньшей мере один пластификатор, составляющий от приблизительно 0,1% мас. до приблизительно 30% мас. пленки, причем массовое отношение количества эластомерных полимеров к количеству полимеров крахмала в пленке составляет от приблизительно 1 до приблизительно 10, и удлинение эластичной пленки как в машинном направлении, так и в поперечном направлении составляет приблизительно 250% или более, и способ дополнительно включает экструзию композиции на поверхность с образованием пленки.
