Abstract
1. Композиция для катализатора конверсии углеводородов, которая содержит частицы цеолита ZSM-48 и/или EU-2 и жаропрочное оксидное связующее, по существу, не содержащее оксида алюминия, причем средняя концентрация алюминия в частицах цеолита ZSM-48 и/или EU-2 по меньшей мере в 1,1 раз больше концентрации алюминия на поверхности частиц.2. Композиция для катализатора конверсии углеводородов, в которой цеолит ZSM-48 и/или EU-2 имеют мольное отношение диоксида кремния к оксиду алюминия по меньшей мере 100 и до максимум 250.3. Композиция для катализатора конверсии углеводородов по любому из пп. 1-2, где содержание цеолита, в расчете на сухое вещество, составляет от 20 до 70 вес.% от всей готовой каталитической композиции.4. Композиция для катализатора конверсии углеводородов, где средняя концентрация алюминия в частицах цеолита ZSM-48 и/или EU-2 по меньшей мере в 2 раза выше концентрации алюминия на поверхности частиц.5. Способ получения композиции для катализатора конверсии углеводородов по любому из пп. 1-4, причем способ включает контакт цеолита ZSM-48 и/или EU-2 с раствором фторсодержащей соли.6. Способ получения катализатора конверсии углеводородов, содержащего каталитически активный металл, причем способ включает приготовление композиции для катализатора конверсии углеводородов способом по п. 5 и введение одного или болеекаталитически активных металлов в каталитическую композицию.7. Способ конверсии углеводородного сырья, причем способ включает контакт сырья с каталитической композицией по любому из пп. 1-4 при температуре от 100 до 600°C и абсолютном давлении от 1 до 100 бар.8. Способ по п. 7, где сырье имеет точку 10%-ной отгонки, измеренную согласно ASTM
Claims (8)
1. Композиция для катализатора конверсии углеводородов, которая содержит частицы цеолита ZSM-48 и/или EU-2 и жаропрочное оксидное связующее, по существу, не содержащее оксида алюминия, причем средняя концентрация алюминия в частицах цеолита ZSM-48 и/или EU-2 по меньшей мере в 1,1 раз больше концентрации алюминия на поверхности частиц.
2. Композиция для катализатора конверсии углеводородов, в которой цеолит ZSM-48 и/или EU-2 имеют мольное отношение диоксида кремния к оксиду алюминия по меньшей мере 100 и до максимум 250.
3. Композиция для катализатора конверсии углеводородов по любому из пп. 1-2, где содержание цеолита, в расчете на сухое вещество, составляет от 20 до 70 вес.% от всей готовой каталитической композиции.
4. Композиция для катализатора конверсии углеводородов, где средняя концентрация алюминия в частицах цеолита ZSM-48 и/или EU-2 по меньшей мере в 2 раза выше концентрации алюминия на поверхности частиц.
5. Способ получения композиции для катализатора конверсии углеводородов по любому из пп. 1-4, причем способ включает контакт цеолита ZSM-48 и/или EU-2 с раствором фторсодержащей соли.
6. Способ получения катализатора конверсии углеводородов, содержащего каталитически активный металл, причем способ включает приготовление композиции для катализатора конверсии углеводородов способом по п. 5 и введение одного или более
каталитически активных металлов в каталитическую композицию.
7. Способ конверсии углеводородного сырья, причем способ включает контакт сырья с каталитической композицией по любому из пп. 1-4 при температуре от 100 до 600°C и абсолютном давлении от 1 до 100 бар.
8. Способ по п. 7, где сырье имеет точку 10%-ной отгонки, измеренную согласно ASTM D 86, выше 343°C.
