Abstract

1. Корпус (1) редуктора для планетарного редуктора (10) для приема образующих планетарный редуктор (10) зубчатых деталей (8, 9, 11, 12, 13) с имеющим внутренний зубчатый венец (3) полым цилиндрическим телом (2) корпуса, которое с торцевых сторон соответственно выполнено с возможностью соединения с опорным фланцем (4, 5), отличающийся тем, что- тело (2) корпуса и по меньшей мере один опорный фланец (4, 5) выполнены с торцевых сторон соответственно аксиально перекрывающимися для образования областей (А, В) перекрытия,- в области (А, В) перекрытия тело (2) корпуса и по меньшей мере один опорный фланец (4, 5) образуют посадку (6) с натягом, и- по меньшей мере в области (А, В) перекрытия в качестве материалов для тела (2) корпуса и для упомянутого по меньшей мере одного опорного фланца (4, 5) предусмотрен проницаемый для лазерного излучения материал и не проницаемый для лазерного излучения материал таким образом, что посредством направленного во внутреннее пространство корпуса (1) редуктора лазерного излучения в области (А, В) перекрытия тело (2) корпуса и упомянутый по меньшей мере один опорный фланец (4, 5) свариваются друг с другом с помощью сварки лазерным проникающим лучом.2. - в области (А, В) перекрытия тело (2) корпуса и по меньшей мере один опорный фланец (4, 5) образуют посадку (6) с натягом, и
- по меньшей мере в области (А, В) перекрытия в качестве материалов для тела (2) корпуса и для упомянутого по меньшей мере одного опорного фланца (4, 5) предусмотрен проницаемый для лазерного излучения материал и не проницаемый для лазерного излучения материал таким образом, что посредством направленного во внутреннее пространство корпуса (1) редуктора лазерного излучения в области (А, В) перекрытия тело (2) корпуса и упомянутый по меньшей мере один опорный фланец (4, 5) свариваются друг с другом с помощью сварки лазерным проникающим лучом.
2. Корпус редуктора по п.1, отличающийся тем, что тело (2) корпуса для образования области (А, В) перекрытия на торцевой стороне образовано аксиальным фланцем (2а, 2b), который коаксиально охватывает краевую область опорного фланца (4, 5).
3. Корпус редуктора по п.2, отличающийся тем, что область (А, В) перекрытия по меньшей мере одного опорного фланца (4, 5) выполнена в виде стержня (4а, 5а), который концентрически охвачен аксиальным фланцем (2а, 2b) тела (2) корпуса.
4. Корпус редуктора по п.3, отличающийся тем, что стержень (4а, 5а) ограничен радиальной упорной поверхностью (4b, 5b), к которой примыкает своей торцевой стороной аксиальный фланец (2а, 2b) тела (2) корпуса.
5. Корпус редуктора по одному из предыдущих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что для сварки тела (2) корпуса с по меньшей мере одним опорным фланцем (4, 5) в области посадки (6) с натягом предусмотрен по меньшей мере один радиально окружной сварной шов (7).
6. Корпус редуктора по п.5, отличающийся тем, что на аксиальном расстоянии от окружного сварного шва (7) в области (6) посадки с натягом предусмотрен по меньшей мере один другой радиально окружной сварной шов (7а).
7. Корпус редуктора по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в качестве проницаемого для лазера и не проницаемого для лазера материала применяются термопластичные пластмассы.
8. Корпус редуктора по п.1, отличающийся тем, что предусмотрен проницаемый для лазера материал, который проницаем для лазера на одной длине волны или в одном диапазоне длин волн, и предусмотрен не проницаемый для лазера материал, который не проницаем для лазера на одной длине волны или в одном диапазоне длин волн.
9. Корпус редуктора по п.1, отличающийся тем, что опорные фланцы выполнены в виде расположенного с ведомой стороны и расположенного с ведущей стороны опорных фланцев (4, 5).
10. Способ изготовления корпуса (1) редуктора по одному из предыдущих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что для сварки проникающим лазерным лучом корпуса (2) тела с по меньшей мере одним опорным фланцем (4, 5) направленное радиально на наружную поверхность тела (2) корпуса лазерное излучение в области (А, В) перекрытия полностью радиально направляется вокруг корпуса (1) редуктора.
11. Способ по п.10, отличающийся тем, что для радиального направления лазерного излучения корпус (1) редуктора совершает по меньшей мере один полный оборот.
12. Планетарный редуктор (10) с корпусом (1) редуктора по одному из предыдущих пунктов, который имеет по меньшей мере одно водило (8, 9) с по меньшей мере одной планетарной шестерней, обращающейся во внутреннем зубчатом венце (3) тела (2) корпуса, причем водило (8, 9) с ведомой стороны кинематически соединено с ведомым валом (14), установленным в расположенном с ведомой стороны опорном фланце (4), и зацепляющуюся с по меньшей мере одной планетарной шестерней солнечную шестерню (12), кинематически соединенную с ведущим валом, установленным в расположенном с ведущей стороны опорном фланце (5).
13. Планетарный редуктор (10) по п.12, отличающийся тем, что планетарные шестерни вместе с по меньшей мере одним водилом (8, 9) и по меньшей мере одной солнечной шестерней (12, 13) изготовлены из пластмассы.
