Abstract
1. Многослойная пленка (10), прежде всего для изготовления упаковок (1) в пищевой промышленности, имеющая по меньшей мере один выполненной из термосвариваемого материала термосвариваемый слой (12), который по меньшей мере опосредованно соединен с первым слоем (11) в качестве наружного слоя и имеет меньшую температуру плавления, чем этот первый слой (11), с обращенной от которого стороны термосвариваемого слоя (12), при этом расположен функционально связанный с ним второй слой (13) в качестве внутреннего слоя, который имеет большую температуру плавления, чем термосвариваемый слой (12), и который имеет по меньшей мере одно сквозное отверстие (17; 17а-17с), перекрытое термосвариваемым слоем (12), отличающаяся тем, что во втором слое (13) выполнено множество сквозных отверстий (17; 17а-17с), равноудаленных друг от друга, при этом предусмотрено по меньшей мере два ряда этих сквозных отверстий (17; 17а-17с), между рядами которых оставлена полосовидная зона (19) без таких сквозных отверстий (17; 17а-17с) и оба ряда которых расположены относительно друг друга таким образом, что при складывании вдвое многослойной пленки (10) путем ее сгибания в полосовидной зоне (19) и при взаимном наложении обоих соответствующих участков многослойной пленки с образованием края (18) в виде складки сквозные отверстия (17; 17а-17с) в обоих наложенных друг на друга вторых слоях (13) оказываются совмещены между собой.2. Многослойная пленка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что второй слой (13) выполнен из полиэтилентерефталата.3. Claims (10)
1. Многослойная пленка (10), прежде всего для изготовления упаковок (1) в пищевой промышленности, имеющая по меньшей мере один выполненной из термосвариваемого материала термосвариваемый слой (12), который по меньшей мере опосредованно соединен с первым слоем (11) в качестве наружного слоя и имеет меньшую температуру плавления, чем этот первый слой (11), с обращенной от которого стороны термосвариваемого слоя (12), при этом расположен функционально связанный с ним второй слой (13) в качестве внутреннего слоя, который имеет большую температуру плавления, чем термосвариваемый слой (12), и который имеет по меньшей мере одно сквозное отверстие (17; 17а-17с), перекрытое термосвариваемым слоем (12), отличающаяся тем, что во втором слое (13) выполнено множество сквозных отверстий (17; 17а-17с), равноудаленных друг от друга, при этом предусмотрено по меньшей мере два ряда этих сквозных отверстий (17; 17а-17с), между рядами которых оставлена полосовидная зона (19) без таких сквозных отверстий (17; 17а-17с) и оба ряда которых расположены относительно друг друга таким образом, что при складывании вдвое многослойной пленки (10) путем ее сгибания в полосовидной зоне (19) и при взаимном наложении обоих соответствующих участков многослойной пленки с образованием края (18) в виде складки сквозные отверстия (17; 17а-17с) в обоих наложенных друг на друга вторых слоях (13) оказываются совмещены между собой.
2. Многослойная пленка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что второй слой (13) выполнен из полиэтилентерефталата.
3. Многослойная пленка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что между термосвариваемым слоем (12) и первым слоем (11) расположен по меньшей мере один третий слой (15) в качестве барьерного слоя.
4. Многослойная пленка по одному из пп.1-3, отличающаяся тем, что термосвариваемый слой (12) выполнен из полиэтилена и имеет толщину в пределах от 30 до 100 мкм, предпочтительно от 50 до 90 мкм, а второй слой (13) имеет толщину в пределах от 8 до 20 мкм, предпочтительно от 12 до 18 мкм.
5. Способ изготовления многослойной пленки (10) по одному из пп.1-4 путем плоскостного соединения между собой первого слоя (11) в качестве наружного слоя, термосвариваемого слоя (12) и второго слоя (13) в качестве внутреннего слоя, при этом во втором слое (13), который имеет большую температуру плавления, чем термосвариваемый слой (12), до соединения с ним выполняют по меньшей мере одно сквозное отверстие (17; 17а-17с) и по меньшей мере в зоне этого сквозного отверстия (17; 17а-17с) располагают термосвариваемый слой (12), который в результате перекрывает это по меньшей мере одно сквозное отверстие (17; 17а-17с).
6. Способ изготовления состоящего из по меньшей мере одной многослойной пленки (10) многослойного пленочного изделия (1), прежде всего упаковки, с использованием многослойной пленки (10) по одному из пп.1-4, путем наложения двух участков по меньшей мере одной многослойной пленки (10) друг на друга и активизации по меньшей мере одного термосвариваемого слоя (12) подводом к нему тепла и приложением к нему давления, в результате чего термосвариваемые слои (12) обоих наложенных друг на друга участков многослойной пленки приходят во взаимодействие друг с другом и соединяют их между собой, отличающийся тем, что путем подвода тепла, соответственно приложения давления к по меньшей мере одной многослойной пленке (10) вызывают по меньшей мере вытеснение материала термосвариваемого слоя (12) в зону совмещенных между собой сквозных отверстий (17; 17а-17с) во вторых слоях (13) в качестве внутренних слоев таким образом, что происходит взаимодействие материала этих термосвариваемых слоев (12).
7. Способ по п.6, отличающийся тем, что сквозные отверстия (17; 17а-17с) во внутреннем слое (13) при термосваривании под воздействием тепла и давления расширяются в своих размерах, соответственно сливаются и при этом образуют прежде всего сплошное, герметичное соединение.
8. Способ по п.6 или 7, отличающийся тем, что при использовании единственной многослойной пленки (10) ее складывают вдвое в полосовидной зоне (19) без сквозных отверстий (17; 17а-17с) во втором слое (13) с образованием края (18) в виде складки и со взаимным наложением друг на друга соответствующих ее участков, в результате чего сквозные отверстия (17; 17а-17с) оказываются совмещены между собой.
9. Устройство для изготовления многослойной пленки (10) по одному из пп.1-4, отличающееся тем, что предусмотрено устройство (20) для выполнения по меньшей мере одного, а предпочтительно множества равноудаленных друг от друга сквозных отверстий (17; 17а-17с) во втором слое (13), выполненном прежде всего из полиэтилентерефталата.
10. Устройство по п.9, отличающееся тем, что устройство (20) выполнено в виде лазерного устройства или перфорирующего устройства или имеет по меньшей мере один режущий инструмент.
