Abstract
1. Способ изготовления рамной боковины железнодорожного вагона, которая включает в себя пару букс для установки колесных пар, при котором:выполняют литейную модель рамной боковины для образования части нижней половины литейной формы и части верхней половины литейной формы; ивыполняют один или более стержней, которые образуют внутреннюю область литой рамной боковины, причем литейная модель рамной боковины и один или более стержней выполняют так, что граница ошибки расстояния между соответствующими центрами пары букс находится в диапазоне около ±0,038 дюймов.2. Способ по п.1, при котором шероховатость поверхности литой рамной боковины меньше, чем среднеквадратично 750 микродюймов.3. Способ по п.2, при котором шероховатость поверхности буксы меньше, чем среднеквадратично 500 микродюймов.4. Способ по п.1, при котором угол литейного уклона упорного выступа литой рамной боковины не превышает около 3/4°.5. Способ по п.1, при котором угол литейного уклона крыши буксы литой рамной боковины не превышает около 3/4°.6. Способ по п.1, при котором угол литейного уклона челюсти литой рамной боковины не превышает около 3/4°.7. Claims (12)
1. Способ изготовления рамной боковины железнодорожного вагона, которая включает в себя пару букс для установки колесных пар, при котором:
выполняют литейную модель рамной боковины для образования части нижней половины литейной формы и части верхней половины литейной формы; и
выполняют один или более стержней, которые образуют внутреннюю область литой рамной боковины, причем литейная модель рамной боковины и один или более стержней выполняют так, что граница ошибки расстояния между соответствующими центрами пары букс находится в диапазоне около ±0,038 дюймов.
2. Способ по п.1, при котором шероховатость поверхности литой рамной боковины меньше, чем среднеквадратично 750 микродюймов.
3. Способ по п.2, при котором шероховатость поверхности буксы меньше, чем среднеквадратично 500 микродюймов.
4. Способ по п.1, при котором угол литейного уклона упорного выступа литой рамной боковины не превышает около 3/4°.
5. Способ по п.1, при котором угол литейного уклона крыши буксы литой рамной боковины не превышает около 3/4°.
6. Способ по п.1, при котором угол литейного уклона челюсти литой рамной боковины не превышает около 3/4°.
7. Способ изготовления рамной боковины железнодорожного вагона, которая образует отверстие, через которое размещается надрессорная балка, причем отверстие образовано парой направленных друг к другу колонн, пружинным гнездом и сжимающим элементом, при котором:
выполняют литейную модель рамной боковины для образования части нижней половины литейной формы и части верхней половины литейной формы; и
выполняют один или более стержней, которые образуют внутреннюю область литой рамной боковины, причем литейная модель рамной боковины и один или более стержней выполняют так, что граница ошибки расстояния между направленными друг к другу колоннами находится в диапазоне около ±0,038 дюймов.
8. Способ по п.7, при котором граница ошибки расстояния между болтовыми отверстиями, образованными в паре направленных друг к другу колонн, находится в диапазоне около ±0,020 дюймов.
9. Способ по п.7, при котором шероховатость поверхности колонны меньше, чем среднеквадратично 500 микродюймов.
10. Способ по п.7, при котором болтовые отверстия образованы через соответствующие части одного или более стержней, выполненные с возможностью образовывать болтовые отверстия, причем соответствующие части в диаметре на 0,05 дюймов больше, чем крепежные элементы, вставляемые через болтовые отверстия.
11. Способ изготовления рамной боковины железнодорожного вагона, при котором:
выполняют литейную модель рамной боковины для образования части нижней половины литейной формы и части верхней половины литейной формы; и
выполняют один или более стержней, которые образуют внутреннюю область литой рамной боковины, причем по меньшей мере некоторые из одного или более стержней образуют один или более стержневых отпечатков для расположения одного или более стержней в части нижней половины литейной формы, и расстояние между наружной поверхностью одного или более стержневых отпечатков и поверхностью части нижней половины литейной формы, ближайшей к наружной поверхности одного или более стержневых отпечатков, меньше или равно около 0,030 дюймов.
12. Способ по п.11, в котором литейная модель рамной боковины и один или более стержней выполнены так, что граница ошибки толщины стенки литой рамной боковины находится в диапазоне ±0,02 дюйма.
